"The signage from the main building to the other building/parking/checkin needs improvement. First impression was terrible. Parking lot at the main building was chaos. Realized after pulling in that i was supposed to be at the other building. Gps was confused on how to get there. Took me through the parking deck, guy in front of me ended up frustratedly turning around when it seemed to go nowhere, we persisted and ended up at the top. Brought luggage through the front doors to check-in. Evidently the side door was where you line up. Got passed in line by some rude lady who just walked up & hopped in line. Shuttled over to the main building, no signage for the shuttle, no orderly fashion to keep up with who got there first & therefore should board first. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, 20min later got a cheese pizza instead. It was thankfully refunded. Quality of food was unimpressive. Water park area was clean, tho i can’t imagine how packed it would be in-season. Kids got Mollys shakes on the way out, said they were gross, threw them out. Went out to catch the shuttle. Got pushed & shoved and separated from my children by crazy people who thought they were entitled to be first on even though they had just come out & we had been waiting for almost 30min. Shuttles need more seats or more buses. Security/attendants necessary for shuttle waiting area as well. Housekeeping tried to walk right in my room at 9:15 without knocking. Will not return, do not recommend. It was clean tho."

"The staff was great. Kelly (manager) greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. He was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean. Beds were comfy. Plenty to do for the family. Parking was easy and plentiful. Plenty of dining options if you prefer to stay in. Will definitely be visiting again!"

"I didn't stay they gave me a room on 5th floor with non working air when i had messaged them about a bottom floor and shower chair for my special needs son. I didn't even get offered any other room. So I checked out the same day and had to get another room elsewhere that would accommodate my family"

"The room was clean and basic. The hot water was out for 2 of the 4 day stay. I would not recommend the complimentary breakfast, the milk was curdled and the mini muffins were rock hard…"

"Out of all the hotels I have stayed at in Pigeon Forge, this one is definitely the most bang for your dollar. Having the value of breakfast, dinner, and snacks, and three adult beverages every night included in your stay goes a long way. The room was clean, and the staff was nice. My only complaints are that when you book a top floor room, it doesn’t really guarantee a good view, but that’s okay. Also the room walls seemed thin as I could hear everyone talking around my room, but it was nice! I would stay here again. I had a good stay!"

"This was a very nice clean hotel as well as wonderful large room and very comfortable bed.Perfect view from the balcony as well. The breakfast was excellent and offered more than your typical complementary breakfast such as bacon and potatoes. Perfect area and loved the hot tubs . I recommend this hotel"
