"All the above. We met family members to do Christmas for my grandkids. My DIL lost her wallet down elevator shaft. The sweetest man from maintenance Saturday night went and got it and brought it to our room. My DIL was in a panic and the gentleman was so sweet. I hope management looks to get his name. People like him keep the good name going for your hotel and maids were all wonderful. We definitely want to make this our yearly place to spend our Christmas together we shared Three rooms and had the best time. Thank you all wonderful staff."

"Great check in help, clean, good breakfast and center location. Love the pool and hot tub are 24/7. However, did encounter one rude employee when trying to let them know towels were out at the pool after 10pm with the pool still filled with guests. "

"Dunno about "spotless", but the room was quite clean and usually quiet. The hotel was perfectly located for our needs. Our first couple of nights were quiet, then our neighbors arrive: loud children slamming doors, a baby crying, a couple of small "yappy" dogs. That's not the fault of the hotel, but some guests seem unconcerned with other guests."
