"The hotel lived its days in the past. Rooms where smelly like something really old was there. Beds were very uncomfortable to sleep. I had ack hurt after the night. "The hotel had wonderful old-world charm, the staff was great! The room could have been better. I understand a lot of Europeans don't use AC but at least have a fan in the room, or at least screens on the windows so you can leave them open at night. "Manager and staff are very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. I have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. It’s close to central Hillerod by foot where you can find the Toyal summer palace and a few great restaurants. Highly recommend"
