Bath tub issues
The bathroom tub had a low spot in the middle that was lower than the drain. The rubber mat put in the tub combined with the low spot made for an unpleasant stand on dirty mat and dirty water from other users and yourself. The instant hot water when connected created hot water too hot for the skin and using the cold water only was too cold.

Loved loved our stay in Villa Palmira! Things i would update/change. Bigger coffee machine. We had 4 adults drink coffee. Take terrace pictures off the listing, add short walk to private beach. Add a futon bed for 2 people in the large area upstrairs. Add a TV also. Make up for the 2 beds that are listed and not provided in the listing. Or change to 10 people. We really loved our stay. We meet some nice neighbors and Mrs Hernandez was very nice and helpful. We even got to bring a dog home!

We enjoyed our stay our favorite part was the pool we made drinks and swam and relaxed by the pool. There were a few minor issues but the host helped fix them one of the rooms that was supposed to have a queen bed ended up having a bunk bed but we didn’t sleep much anyway. For the price it was great.

Stay Beautiful
It was one of the best experiences I've ever had!!! The house was super clean, and the owner is kind! It is a place accessible to restaurants, family activities, malls - everything!!! It also has walking access to the beach and the best of all is that you don't have to leave the house at all. The residence's pool is clean and luxurious!

Definitely not the place you want to stay
This house was in a run down neighborhood in a gated area! The house itself was dirty, there was no hot water, the AC in the master bedroom did not work, the pool was cloudy, the faucets in the bathrooms were broken, the pots and pans were great and handles broken. We contacted the host after we found the mattresses with bodily fluids all over them, he came to the property. When we began to show him or concerns, he told us to leave and that he would refund our money. We wasted a day, fortunately we found another place the next day. Stay away from this place!!

If there was a zero star option it still would not represent the horrible experience this was. The woman managing the place said she has anger issues and didn't like that we complained about bugs, stains on bed covers, brown stains on mattress, and no AC. When she came to "see" the issues she stopped after being shown black dirt that looked like mold, she didnt want to see the stains or the smashed bugs on the walls. She said she heard enough and we could just leave. She said she works a full time job and she was tired and didnt want to deal with all this complaining. She said she has already started the cancelation and we had to leave. We couldnt stay even if we wanted to. By now it's close to 11pm and we are searching to find a hotel.We have 6 kids with us all under 13yrs old and 5 Adults looking for a place to stay the night.With no access to wifi. We spent zero nights in that place. But instead of refunding us,like she said she did, they went into my Vrbo acct and changed our dates to make it look like we stayed 3 days. I am still fighting for my refund. It's over a month now. Vrbo said I am entitled to a full refund but everytime I call they say they are waiting to hear back from the Owner. Do not stay with any of this owners properties. And as of Right now. I will never book through Vrbo again!! All that needed to be done was turn on the few ACs that they had, clean the place and remove dirty and stained linens and mattresses. This is just a side job to them. Worse time

The property is absolutely beautiful the pool and patio is so relaxing, the host was very friendly and communication was excellent the beach was steps away the house sleeps 12 very comfortable every thing was nice we stayed a week and enjoyed every day

We felt that the check in process did not work well as there was no walk through to deal with our concerns upon arrival. The pool lounge chairs were nonexistent and the chairs around the outside table were in very poor condition and some actually broke while we were sitting in them. There were no tea towels or large bowls and no hot water at the sinks in any room only the shower had hot water so a little frustrating when doing dishes. The pool was excellent and we loved using it and the bedrooms were okay and the air conditioning worked well. Our contact for any questions or concerns about the house could not speak English which made communication a little difficult. We did get a few new chairs which definitely helped but that was after one of the chairs broke off the pedestal. All in all we did enjoy our holiday and the people that live there in Puerto Rico.
