"I have been here three times now I had a couple of problems. No hot water, one of the rooms we booked had no shower curtain so my brother had to keep mopping the floor in his bathroom after every shower, and the food isn’t as good as it used to be."

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful trip to Puerto Rico, and loved staying at the Wyndham. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, our room was clean, modern, and large enough for our family. The on-site restaurants were delicious. The prices were on-par with a nice resort. We used the pool, which was lovely. The only complaint was that many other guests would go down and “reserve” pool chairs by laying an item of clothing on them, then return hours later. The hotel staff confirmed the only way to reserve chairs at the pool was by renting a cabana, however they did nothing to enforce this. A public posting of these rules at the pool may help defer this behavior, and I made that suggestion to the staff at the front desk. Other than that one issue, the resort was beautiful and exactly what we wanted, and we would definitely come back!"

"Room service and dining options are limited. Parking is expensive and to be paid separately. Room odor can improve. The air conditioner needs to reach 3 floors. There is 1 floor freezing and another warm."
