"No hot water boiler, no coffee machine in the room. They only have some hot water in the lobby but ran out most of the time, and when asked for more hot water, the front desk guy (Asian Looking guy) refused to provide and said the hot water/tea is only offered two cups a day, and then said only intended ..."
