The only problem (if you can call it that) is that the spa opened the day I left so I didn't have the chance to try it! :( Other than that, it was great. The breakfasts in particular were amazing.

Check in was incredibly easy, even later in the evening. Room was much nicer than we expected - clean, roomy and had everything we needed. Staff was very helpful as well, we were up early as we had to catch the airport shuttle and they made us breakfast before they were even open. Highly recommend!!

Room was ok but manager & staff are arrogant & unconsiderate about any issue. They charge a dollar for coffe pod in room. I used coffee pod in room only to discover there is no creamer & the hotel were not able to provide any when I called. The next morning when they charged me I asked them to waive off as I din't use the coffee due to creamer unavailability, the manager showed no consideration & was even more rude stating she doesn't care even if I give a bad review. I wouldn't recomend this hotel to anyone due to staff arrogance & rudeness to resolve issues. They don't care about customer satisfaction!!

Friendly staff, room was comfortable and basic. We had to leave early to catch a seaplane, staff prepared some breakfast for us. It was a very kind gesture. Thank you. However, walls were rather thin. Our room neighbor had an infant who was crying most parts of the night that we could hear.

พนักงานทุกคนดี มีพนักงานในห้องครัวเป็นคนไทย 1 คน อัธยาศัยดี เตียงนอนนอนสบาย ความสะอาดได้มาตรฐาน แต่พนักงานต้อนรับผู้หญิงทำให้ทุกอย่างดูแย่ เพราะลำดับความสำคัญของงานไม่เป็น ทำตัวยุ่งและหงุดหงิดตลอดเวลา ที่พักมีรถรับส่ง แต่ไม่ตอบอีเมลล์ ทำให้ขามา ต้องนั่งแท้กซี่มาโรงแรมเอง เสียเงิน 200 บาท โดยใช่เหตุ โทรมาหาพนักงาน เจอผู้หญิงรับก็พูดจาไม่ดี โดยรวมคงไม่กลับมาพักที่นี่อีก เพราะราคากับสิ่งที่ได้รับไม่ค่อยน่าประทับใจ

Can’t tap WiFi at all using the given password. The TV channels were not set up so we couldn’t watch TV. Luckily we were there for only one night to take the domestic flight to Kooddoo Island the next day. However, the hotel staff didn’t contact my Kooddoo Island person in charge and thus made us wait for very long at the domestic airport. We could have been brought to the lounge earlier to use their WiFi and have our breakfast there. The hotel may need to improve on their travel arrangement communication for the benefit of the guests. Would be more helpful if the hotel set up a direct email address or toll-free contact number.

Very close to the beach and airport. But do not have that many sea facing rooms. What I didn't like and in part fault of Expedia is that. All across the place free airport pick up and transfer is mentioned but in reality all they have is a shuttle service 4 times a day. If you are lucky and you fall in the slot then it is free. Our timings were slightly different so we had to pay from our.pocket 20 dollars. What I don't like is if they had not.mentioned airport transfers I would have booked another property. I hate booking taxis in strange countries hence I always specifically ask for airport transfers. And the property lied about this facility.

Os funcionarios do hotel sao muito cordias, e fomos muito bem atendidos. O quarto é novo, cama boa e bom chuveiro... o café da manha tambem nos surpreendeu. A unica consideracao é a localizacao, a area onde o hotel fica é proxima do aeroporto (o que pra gente era necessario) mas existem muitas obras na regiao, passando um pouco de insegurança (nesse caso, nos referindo apenas à regiao onde o hotel fica, não relacionado a estrutura do hotel)

It was a small hotel in a local area. Airport pick-up was included, but it was hard to find the person, I had to wander around the airport so much. Other hotels were holding their signs right in front of the arrival gate. The building and the room seemed new, but the room was very small. The bed was comfortable but the cotton was not very clean I felt. Wifi and breakfast was decent. It was just okay to have a night before I went to the resort island.

Beautiful clean aesthetics, great hospitality!!

Every part of this place, from the doorway to lounge, to bedrooms are very nicely designed and aesthetically pleasing, with clean elements rather than over-the-top ones. Felt really comfortable during the stay there, and because the place is brand new, everything is Super clean and in tip top condition! The hosts Melisa and Adro were very warm and would go out of their way to give you all the directions and info you need in order to enjoy the island, even showing me around the island personally when time permits! Never felt lost in a foreign island, with all their guidance. Definitely go on at least one of their excursions, they would take you personally and try their best to accommodate to any special requests you need to make. Never gets boring as they provide fun facts and personal entertainment along these trips, not to mention at very affordable rates compared to anywhere else on the island, especially resorts. Defo my first choice to return to when revisiting dhiffushi!

They were late picking us up at the airport. Even when we found them at the airport, we had to wait another 30mins for the shuttle to arrive to drive us to the hotel. Which is strange since the hotel is only 10mins away from the airport. When checking out, the shuttle back to the airport was also 30mins late and the front desk did not provide clear details when our flight was. We were taking a domestic flight to another resort. They need to have a better system in place for their shuttle system for airport pickup/dropoff.

The hotel is fairly new and I particularly loved the blue mood lighting in the room. There is also complimentary airport transfer which saved us a few dollars taking either a taxi or ferry to the airport.

리조트로 들어가기전 말레섬에서 머물기에 너무 좋은 호텔이었어요 직원분이 공항에 도착해서부터 리조트로 들어가는데 필요한 것들을 다 알려주셨어요 말레공항근처에서 숙박이 필요한 경우라면 머나먼 몰디브에서 어리버리 하지 않도록 하나하나 챙겨주시는 서비스가 가장 중요하다고 생각합니다ㅎㅎ 대박 추천

Staff were professional friendly and helpful. The room was extremeely well appointed, clean and larger than others we have stayed in, in Hulhumale. The coffee at breakfast was excellent but the omelet required a lot more attention. Mushrooms were canned, and very sparce and should be fried up in a litle garlic butter first. Really lacked any creative flare.

Auf diese Insel Teil, wird es überrall gebaut. Bau Abfälle sind überrall zu sehen. Den Transfer vom Flughafen bis zu Hotel sehr grosse warte Zeit am Flughafen > 60 Min.. Also gratis Transfer nicht zu gebrauchen. Flughafen bis Hotel 10 Min. mit Taxi. Musste selber den Taxi organizieren. Hotel Avenue and SPA hat keinen SPA. Für 1 Nacht für Transit, Geschäftlich ist aber OK.
