Woodlands is a wonderfully secluded vacation rental for small groups or families that want privacy and beautiful wooded surroundings and high quality furnishings. We have been vacation rental hosts for almost 10 years. Woodlands has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and can sleep 11 comfortably.
The house sits on 5 acres and surrounded by hundreds of acres on all sides. It is situated halfway between Wagoner and Tahlequah, and is 1 mile from award-winning Sequoyah State Park, with miles of trails, boating, golfing, fishing, horse-back riding, Nature center and much more.
We invite your family to experience this gem that has been created for you, our guests.

It is a beautiful property. We saw deer and other wildlife every day. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and spices. There is a gas grill on the back patio and a Ninja coffee maker that brews ground coffee or air pods. The couches are very comfortable and reclining perfect for movie night.

What a great place to stay with our family over the weekend! Plenty of room for our children to burn off their energy, and plenty of beds for everyone to have their own bed! Everyone slept soundly and we really enjoyed our stay. We felt like our needs were met and fit the bill; just what we were looking for!

Perfect House for Big Family Outing

The spaces were laid out perfectly for our needs. Love the outdoor seating and the basketball court!ALL of the kids were cozy and comfy. The guest bedroom with queen bed was a little too firm but other than that there are no complaints.I like the fact that we had little to do for clean up. The house was perfectly furnished for our needs. Thank you!

Fantastic quiet getaway!

I’m not sure we could’ve picked a better spot for a short getaway out of the city. Everything was well kept, clean, and comfortable, and we had all the amenities of home. The Woodland’s proximity to the nearby marinas and state park made it easy to come and go as needed. The s’mores at the fire pit were a surprisingly huge hit for my 12 and 13 yo boys (who are becoming too cool to hang out with family, lol). All around, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for families.

The Perfect Getaway

Such a tranquil place, we loved it. The flowers are beautiful, the big shady trees, and big yard are wonderful. The house is very clean and comfortable; we all loved staying there.

Great set-up for tournament anglers looking for a place to stay at Fort Gibson

We were there for a tournament on Fort Gibson and we couldn't have been happier with this house. SUPER clean, plenty of parking for 2-4 boats and only 5 minutes from Taylor's Ferry North.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Woodlands. The hosts were very responsive and the location was great. We have a large family and don’t enjoy spending money to stay at hotels and we felt like we were at home so it was a great fit for our family.

Two couples with 2 sets of boys each came and had a wonderful time. The boys loved the foosball table, and the fire pit was awesome. The property was amazing.
