Cozy Place w/Rustic Bunk house ORV Trail at end of driveway Sleeps 8-10

Located in the small town of Hulbert, Michigan.

Our house is a two bedroom home that sleeps six inside the house along with two full bathrooms. Along with a rustic bunkhouse that will sleep an addition four people (electric only).

ORV/Snowmobile trail is located at the end of the driveway so head on out to the north to Paradise and Tahquamenon Falls, east to Strongs, Brimley, Sault St. Marie, South to Trout Lake, Brevort, Rexton and West to Newberry, Seney.

We have wild life that love to come and walk right up to to our back deck and front porch and just check things out.

Local attractions include Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point, Sault St Marie, Newberry, Oswald's Bear Ranch, Trout Lake.

House sits on approximately 2 acres of lands and has plenty of room for parking of cars and trailers.

Amazing place to get away!

This little house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Our kids had a great time. The property manager was very kind. The place was clean and very spacious.

Comfortable stay

Great property with rustic cabin. Comfortable check in process. Well placed to be able to make day trips to multiple locations of interest. Except bugs outside in the summer, everything else is great in this area.

Beautiful property

Location is perfect for all the things we wanted to do. Very quiet and adorable house. We got to see deer and even a fawn, enjoy fires and just relax. We definitely plan on going back.

Great Getaway!!

Felt like home away from home, the bonus was the trail right out the door. Perfect location for day trips also. We enjoyed it very much and definitely will be back. The deer even showed up the first night which was AWESOME!!

A Little Far Out, But A Nice Stay

This house was located in a pretty remote place, but it was a great place to stay since there aren’t many housing accommodations around. The house was clean and nice, and it even had a guest house. I would stay here again.

Gods country(Michigan's upper peninsula)

It was in a great location, private, centrally located for an upper peninsula sightseeing trip. The house was good, perfect for a home base. It won't break the bank either.

Beautiful property

I can not recommend this place enough. The place is beatiful and located right off the snowmobile trails which is a great plus for us riders. Our hosts were wonderful, and gave us great advise on which ways to ride and places to check out. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Eric and Kari for your great hospitality and willingness to share your beautiful place with people.

Great snowmobile weekend

Was a nice clean house, that worked well. Wish there was a bigger run when you walked in. It was had to keep show off the floor because the rug wasn’t big enough. Has a good time.

UP vacation

Great place and was in a nice private location with in an hours drive from every place we wanted to visit while there including the trails for quad and sxs riding. As long as weather is permitting no air conditioning is needed with the cool nights. Kids loved having there own space in the bunkhouse Hope to be back sooner than later

This property worked perfectly with for our plans for this vacation. Location was rural and peaceful. We did almost all of our own cooking and was so pleased at how well stocked the kitchen was. We did a fair amount of motorcycling and we were pleased with off street parking for the bikes, trucks and trailers. Beds were comfy. Took in the shipwreck museum and the Soo Locks, Logging Museum. Should we find ourselves traveling to the UP again,this will be the first place we would check for availability. The only disappointment was that we didn't have any wildlife visit us on the deck and peek in, checking us out!!

Quiet atea. Wildlife greeted us the day of; woodpe ker, birds and a curious racoon. Home is clean and well stocked. Unfortunately there was a rodant at night that ruined are of our items. Reached out to owner but poor response. Nice stay if not for the rodant.

Great place to get away

We had a wonderful time. Pros: quiet area, plenty of room, wildlife right in the front yard. Cons: bunk house floor is sagging, bunk house was full of spiders. The family and I had a great time and really enjoyed the area. The main house was perfect, it had everything our family of 5 needed. The girls stayed the first night in the bunk house, but my oldest daughter was attacked by spiders so they ended up spending the rest of our trip in the main house. Definitely take bug spray with you if you're going to spend any time outside.

Great location

The location of the house compared to what we were doing was great. Kitchen well stocked. The only complaint I had was the sheets on the bed in the first bedroom had a ton of seeds of some sort on them. The manager sent someone to change the sheets once we notified them so that was good. No compensation was offered however. Next time I will pull the sheets back on the bed to check when I first arrive at any location. Lesson learned.
