This hotel is well located a few minutes walk away from Grand Place and central station. Our twin room was quiet, comfy beds, a good shower and Rituals shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and lotion. Breakfast was good for what we wanted - plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt , pastries ,meats and cheeses- we didn't try the hot options. The breakfast room never felt busy on any of the 4 mornings we used it, unlike many hotels. My only small niggle is that when we used the shower, water escaped everywhere, so had to dry the floor. Staff were friendly and there is secure luggage srorage Overall, I would recommend.

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

Exceptional design!

Rough start , I was given a twin room when I arrive instead of double room . I was put to an extension building outside the hotel . Next day I spoke to the Asian lady ( general manager) the most unhelpful manager I’ve meet . Never listen to me and she needed a customer service training - smile atleast and listen . Nice hotel but manager is a let down .

Clean. Good air conditioning. Good location. Good value for money. Room was spacious. Would stay here again.
