Great stay at Lanou Hotel in Beijing! The location is fantastic—close to many popular attractions, which made sightseeing so easy. The front desk staff were super friendly and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. As a business traveler, I really appreciated the smooth experience. Highly recommended!

The only negative comments are for the food. We had burgers at the grill they were very mediocre. Lobster mac n cheese tasteless. Breakfast was not at MO standard but ok overall. Dinner on the terrace was very good quality and taste. So the big letdown was the grill. Everything else about this hotel is awesome!!!

I had a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Beijing Wangfujing. A very special thank you to Zara Hu for her exceptional hospitality and service. She was incredibly responsive and helpful even before I checked in, which made me feel genuinely welcomed from the start. Throughout my stay, she consistently assisted me with recommendations, directions, and many thoughtful details that greatly enhanced my experience in Beijing. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm personality truly made a difference. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Yue Long from the concierge team. He was always extremely patient in assisting me with my delivery orders, whether from Taobao or Meituan. His friendliness, sense of humor, and willingness to help brightened my days and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself offers an elegant, relaxing, and comfortable atmosphere. My room was clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant to stay in. The location is also excellent for exploring Beijing. Thank you once again to Zara, Yue Long, and the entire team for making my stay such a memorable and enjoyable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The accommodation is not exactly what it looks like the photos. It was difficult to find in a back street car park. The room was very dusty and there was rubbish around the bed when we arrived. The airport shuttle advertised doesn’t exist so bear this in mind. The breakfast that is included was bread and egg. No fresh fruit and yogurt like you’d expect. Both mornings we stayed there were staff knocking on the door before 8am to check if we wanted breakfast. The second morning a lady let herself in to my room at 7:10am frightening my children. I think this was the cleaner after speaking to reception staff. The reception staff were very difficult to speak to. Fortunately we only slept without spending long periods of time here as it’s not what I was expecting. On the plus side the boss took my family to the train station after raising the issue of no free airport shuttle as advertised.
