Your average underwhelming hotel

Than Thien is your average underwhelming hotel, but you get exactly what you paid for. The rooms are clean enough, though you may have a mosquito or two in the room; shower is functional but running water can be off to a slow start at the beginning. Breakfast is quite small; I personally have never seen spring rolls in miniature triple AAA battery sizes but there’s a first time for everything. Two good things about the hotel is the speedy WiFi connection and the location. It’s situated in the heart of Hue; you can feast on the local delicacies at your leisure

Top Preis und sehr feundlich

Das hotel ist gut gelegen. Shops und Restaurants im Umfeld. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen mit dem Nachtzug aus Ning Bing. Uns wurde noch ein fruhstuck fur 50.000 angeboten. Das war top. Danach könnten wir direkt das Zimmer beziehen. Ruhig gelegen und doch schnell im Trubel. Würden wir wieder buchen 👍

Nice and friendly hotel in a good location.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and caring. Room is good and comfortable. Convenient location to the busiest tourist areas ( restaurans and pubs ) and walking distance to the Bridge. Highly recommend this hotel as it is a great value for money.

Bon accueil, bon emplacement mais bruyant

Très bon séjour dans cet hotel, personnel très agréable et très serviable, très bon emplacement , Buffet au petit déjeuner assez varié. Seul point négatif , des travaux sur l'immeuble d'à côté donc beaucoup de bruit dès 6h30 du matin jusqu'à 18h le soir mais l'hotel n'y est pour rien et est très arrangeant avec ce problème, ils nous ont changé de chambre pour avoir moins de bruit.

Great spot to see the city from. Rooms are clean and good size. Note that on Expedia they say there are river views but that is incorrect. Only city views.

Ett bra budgethotell, om du är ute efter en ett övernattningsalternativ och inte ett ställe att umgås och spendera så mycket tid på. Frukosten hade mycket fräsch frukt som va gott, men resten var inte så speciellt imponerande. Okej för sin prisnivå.

フエからホイアンまでバスで移動しようと思いツアーデスクに申し込みにいったら、３人だったら車の方が早くあまり金額は変わらないと言うことで車を勧められチャーターして移動することにしました。しかし、ドライバーの荒い運転には参りました。前を見て乗れないくらいでした。そして、トイレのために食堂に寄るため大型トレーラーの前に無理に入りましたが、駐車場が一杯❗停車してしまい案の定後ろからトレーラーに追突されてしまいました。怪我はなく済みましたがせっかく早くホイアンに到着する予定がバスよりも遅くなり散々でした。公共交通機関の方が安全だったかも。

Great friendly stay

Clean, modern, friendly staff, great stay in the tourist district. Walkable to the main tourist attractions. Only drawback was the hot water in the shower wouldn't last too long. But would definitely go back here.

Very Nice Hotel. Recommend with confidence.

The hotel was really very nice. The staff was friendly (except for the breakfast staff, which were a bit surly). When we checked in, the team was helpful in providing an overview of the city and offering various tours. They were a bit too salesy in doing this and I would have much preferred to go through the options later instead of being presented with all the options at checkin. Despite that, the prices they offered for the tours were fair. We didn't do any of them so we can't review those, but in terms of the prices they offered for them compared to what we found later, they were certainly fairly priced. The rooms were very nice and the shower was good except that the hot water didn't last as long as we would like. We had two rooms. One superior room in the old wing and one deluxe in the new wing. The deluxe rooms are worth the $3 upgrade. They're newly renovated and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable and we had some great nights of sleep. We loved the area of the hotel as it was convenient to everything. The restaurant next store, Risotto, was outstanding. They had everything from Italian to Vietnamese food and we loved it so much we ate there three times. Great staff, fairly priced and very good food. We highly recommend that place too. It's two shops over from the hotel. The downside of the hotel if there is one, is the breakfast. The breakfast itself was a bit boring and the same everyday. The food was cold & the staff on both days weren't happy to be thr
