Staffs helpful. Booked all our tours and transportation through them. Paid for a balcony room. However me and my dad wanted to be on the same floor so I down graded to a smaller room with little lights. The shower is placed so the water is all over the toilets and floor. There were ants on our first day in my room. Had to ask for an ants spray. Then the next day, I saw a dead cockroach on the floor. I was told this common in vietnam!!’.. no it is not! Over all cleanses is not so good.

Good value with good staffs
A very good for money and has very good and helpful receptionists. 20 min walk to supermarkets and 25 min to the Citadel. To visit the kings' family graves, you need to use Grab bike or car. You can also hire car with driver for a reasonable price. Room is not good but managed. Good wifi and hot water. Lots of eateries and coffee shops just round the corner.

Hue is wonderful and a Sunny Hostel is great
A Great place to Stay! Great Breakfast, With a great staff that wants to help. Rents bikes and motorcycles and good restaurants nearby! Near everything or a short ride or a short walk away. Very Nice, an atmosphere that welcomes everyone.

Great stay in Hue
Fantastic little hotel that exceeds its 2-star rating. Friendly staff, helpful for telling us about the town, and a quiet room on an alley with a lovely City view. The room was comfortable and what we asked for and needed. Great balcony and fantastic A/C to keep us cool.

Super comfy bed
Hotel is well located for exploring the local sights. Staff very friendly and helpful,room was immaculate newly renovated, bed super comfortable, fridge TV a/c , fan & balcony. For the price you can't go wrong. Plenty of excellent bars & cafe/ restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel, 15 min to the imperial city
We arrived straight from a 14 hour night train and the star welcomed us so warmly, sat us down pointed fans on us and got us coffee and tea (all free at the lobby). Our bags were taken to our room which was a great size and had everything we needed for one night. The lady on reception gave us a map and noted down the best places to go. As we were off to Hoi An the next day she offered us a mini bus tour to hoi an stopping at the marble mountains and a little village along the way, which was great for the price we paid. Excellent service, excellent hotel for the price paid

Very friendly staff, close to restaurants.
Everything here was really good the only complaint I have is that there were a lot of stairs to go up and down several times a day but otherwise good. You can book your travels and bus tickets directly from hotel which is convenient.

Unassuming hotel down a busy alley
From the sidewalk upon arrival you need to walk some 40 mts down a fairly narrow alley to the hotel. The young people at the Front Desk are very helpful, knowledgeable and eager to make your stay comfortable. The room was bright, open and nicely furnished. Amenities included a kettle, nice A/C unit and a new Toshiiba TV with a few English channels, news and otherwise. There is also an office type refri, not a servi bar. Hot water is plentiful.

Quality room but small.
Only stayed one night as found room a bit small. Bed was very comfortable, good WiFi & cable TV but as we were staying a few days in Hue we wanted more space. For same money we could get a much larger room with balcony and breakfast in same area. Saying that room was good quality and comfortable and very adequate for a one night stay.

コスパ良し、お買い得なホテル
室内はとても清潔です。大きなベッド、テレビ、冷蔵庫、ファン、エアコン、ドライヤー、すべて揃っています。この値段でこれだけの設備が揃っているのは本当にありがたいです。 建物はとても古いので、クローゼットの木目がひび割れていたりしますが、使用に問題はありません。 チェックインの時に水を1本サービスしてくれました。 ロビーにウォーターサーバーがあれば、もっと嬉しかったです。 スタッフの皆さんは、全員とても感じよく、日本語で挨拶してくれたりして、嬉しかったです。 ホイアンへの移動のバスの手配もお願いしましたが、迅速かつ良心的なお値段でした。(2023年7月で15万ドン) 立地も良いので、国内の家族連れから欧米、アジア、と客層も幅広く、人気のホテルのようです。

チェックイン時に日本語ができることに驚きました 日本語の食べ歩きマップが館内にあり、食探しには困らないと思います またチェックイン時に手作りのマップでマーケットの場所や遺跡の場所などを教えてくれました 参考にしながら観光がしやすかったです 部屋にはエアコンがありコスパが良いと思いました フエで泊まるならここがオススメです

Buon hotel Bella stanza spaziosa,pulizie giornaliere,molto gentili alla reception,frigo e asciugacapelli in camera,(molti 2 stelle non l'hanno nemmeno da noi) É in posizione comoda per la zona con piú vita di sera,mentre la cittadella imperiale é al di la del fiume,un paio di chilometri,io ci sono andato a piedi, ma c'é l imbarazzo della scelta per offerta di mezzi con cui andarci Non c' é l,' ascensore,ma ormai é il quinto hotel di questo viaggio in vietnam,e non lo aveva nessuno,si vede che qua non si usa

日本人にとても友好的な宿
従業員に日本語が通じるため人が多く、日本人に極めて友好的であったため、いろいろとやり取りが楽でした。 王朝までは徒歩で行くには距離がありましたが、自転車は2万ドン、バイクは12万ドンでホテルのを借りることができ、返却も楽でした。 フエについた時に宿を見つけるのが、GoogleMapでは細い通りが表示されないためやや難しく感じました。

近所は美味しいお店がたくさんあります。
着いた当初雷雨でホテルへの小道は水位が10センチほどありたどり着くまでスニーカーの中まで濡れてしまいました。しばらくして水位はさがりましたが、、、。 空腹だったのですぐに着替えて近所のレストランへ。快く迎えてくださり、お腹も満たされすぐに就寝。 ホテルスタッフは何かと気を使っていただき有難かったです。 特に日本語が通じるのが助かりました。 近所には美味しいレストランがたくさんあり、食には困りませんでした。あとでわかりましたがすべてトリップアドバイザー上位のお店だったんですね。 トリップアドバイザーやガイドブックをあまりあてにはしませんがはずれなし。 難点を言えば、施設内にレストランはなく、無料のボトルウォーターはついていません。 情報が更新されていないのではないかと思います。 スタッフはフレンドリー、清潔で安価なホテルです。フエに行ったら又利用したいと思います。

王宮へも近いです。
空港から市内までシャトルバス（マイクロ）利用、地図を見ると近くまで来てるのに見つけられない、通りから小道に入るのに 気づかず通り過ぎていた。少し分かりにくい 無事チエックイン 、みなさん日本語が上手なのに驚いた。部屋は普通、シャワーの水圧も申し分ない。バックパッカーさんや節約ひとり旅さんにはお勧めします。翌日のホィアン行きバスも手配してくれます（有名ツーリストより少し安い、座席が寝台のやつ） コスト重視の旅なので 満足しています。スタッフの方も親切です コミニケーションがとりやすいのは便利です。

ダブルの部屋に宿泊しました。部屋も清潔で広く、バスタブもあり、廊下も植栽で綺麗にされていました。スタッフもフレンドリーで日本語がある程度通じ、周辺の案内やレンタル自転車（１日１ドル）もあって、ちょっとしたホテルよりずっと快適に過ごせました。ここはお勧めです。

コスパに優れたホテル
宿泊費の価格以上に快適に過ごせる要因がバランスよく整っているホテル。部屋は広く、綺麗。室内の照明も明るい。親切でフレンドリーなスタッフの皆さんも大きな加点要素。近くにはローカル系も含めてカフェ、レストランが多くあると共に、チャンティエン橋から300mという観光的にもアクセスが優れている。エレベーターはないが、必要に応じてスタッフがサポートしてくれます。立地的に静かな環境で、近くの教会からの鐘の音が風情を感じさせる。

もっと泊まりたかった！
1泊だけだから安いところでもいっか…という気持ちで予約しましたが、ここ以上にコスパのいいホテルがあるのかな？と思いました。 部屋の清潔感◎、シャワーの水圧◎、ドライヤーも置いてありましたし、内側からしっかり施錠できる環境、エアコン問題なし、フロントの方は皆さん日本語堪能。 バイクタクシー14US$で朝から昼過ぎまで観光名所を回ってくれるアクティビティも予約できます。変なお土産屋さんに連れて行かれる事もなく、1人で好きなように回れて本当に助かりました。ホイアンまでのバスも予約していただけて、チェックアウト後にバスの時間まで観光→バスに乗る前にシャワーを使わせていただいて、スッキリした状態でいけました。 フエのナイトマーケットも楽しかったので、再訪したいです。もちろんまた利用させていただきます！
