Quick 1 night stay, easy check in with a welcome drink and sweets. Staff were friendly. Clean rooms and in a central and convenient location. However it was noisy at night until early hours as you can hear the music from the local bars/clubs. So be mindful if you’re a light sleeper, it didn’t brother us too much.

It is a nice hotel with lots of bars and restaurants nearby within walking distance. There is a pool. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there is a coffee shop with pastries right next door. If you are light sleepers, the noise from the bars coukd be disturbing but it didn't bother us with windows shut. The staff were friendly.

Lovely hotel. Amazing customer service. Unfortunately the hotel is getting old and suffeting a damp problem. The bed linen was damp as were our clothes stored in the wardrobe. The hot water only has enough for one shower. You then have to wait 30 minutes for it to heat up.

Personnel courtois et professionnel. Belle accueil et très bon service tout au long de notre séjour. Hôtel très bien situé, chambre propre et spacieuse. Petit balcon avec vue sur la ville le soir est agréable. Piscine situé au 2 ieme étage de l’hôtel est parfaite! Le déjeuner un matin style buffet, WoW! Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet endroit!!

BEST HOTEL IN VIETNAM (for the price range)

Best hotel in Vietnam. We spent 1 week in HCMC, 4 nights in Miu Ne, 5 days in Hanoi, a night in Danang and a night in Hue. This property is the best. We wish we spent more time in HUE and at this specific property. All hotels were roughly the same price and for the price range this is certainly the best. Helpful staff, amazing food, comfortable beds, spacious room (507) our private lift, and great facilities. Will definitely go back to this property again. Shout out to Mia at Aroma restaurant in the same property, very well trained and very attentive. I usually see the faults of properties when we check in and this one didn’t have any of those. The staff are truly professional and the property has well maintained rooms.

Room had balcony overlooking main waking streets. Large bathroom with hot water. Staff very friendly. However, beds are rreally soft, extra bed ws just two mattresses on the floor and breakfast was very odd selection. Room dfloor was also dirty and there is a lack of sockets for foreigners as the sockets provided are too cose two plug in adaptors next to each other.

Great location, central within the walking streets, there are lots of options for food and drink on the doorstep (including vegetarian and vegan :-) The staff are very welcoming and friendly, especially Kim Ann, Nhi and Thu Y who helped us with booking taxis and day trips to the nearby tombs (trips to the tombs and citadel can all be arranged and paid for at the end of your stay) The bed was very comfortable and dispite the hotel wing in a lively area, things quieten down after midnight. Our room on the 7th floor had a balcony and a great view over the nearby football stadium and surrounding streets If we were ever passing through Hue again we would stay here. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

This hotel was a great find. All four of us were very satisfied with each of our rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly from check in to check out. Special mention to Ms. Ngoc and Ms. Thrang (I hope I spelled her name correctly). I liked that there is a patio you can sit out on for each room. Laundry was done and returned as promised. The hotel threw a Christmas party our second evening there complete with Christmas caroling by the staff and guests. Snacks and drinks were served. It rained while we were there and the hotel provided umbrellas for the guests to use. The location on the south side of the river appear to be pretty centralized. The Citadel is a short ride or walk across the river. Plenty of restaurants were nearby. We didn’t get to try out the pool due to rain but it looked inviting. I do recommend this hotel.

This was a nice city hotel close to everything the room was excellent had everything you needed and the staff was very friendly and courteous breakfast was very good the only downside was a lot of group tours Made breakfast rather hectic

The receptionist Trang is really helpful that helps us book trip with good English. They have welcome drink and food, also the hotel is well located in walking street with bars. The only thing I don't like is the breakfast and cleanliness.
