Very friendly and helpful staff. I had several meals that were made to order. The food was fantastic. I will be traveling to Hue again soon, so I will stay there again. For the money, it lived up to expectations. They also arranged my transportation to and from the airport for a small additional charge.

Great rooms, super friendly staff

We stayed here one night and greatly enjoyed our stay. The room was large and had great big windows and a decent view of city. The bathroom was really nice and clean. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The breakfast was great. (Best banana pancakes ever!). I would definitely stay here again.

ホテル側は宿泊の変更を知らなかったです。 ツアー参加のため、朝食の時間変更を行っていましたが、全く準備できていませんでした。連絡がきちんとできていないホテルのようです。シャワーはお湯が出ません。 値段のわりには朝食も良いですし、部屋も広くてキレイです。

easy place for tours

at the first glance its a weird location. its located in an alley, but its actually well located. we got a bad receptionist at first and paid again for the room as he wanted to keep our passports till the checkout, i surely thought about searching for another hotel. at the next day we got other receptionists, much better, the guy returned my money and gave lots of tips. the breakfast you choose from a menu, but its actually a good one. the other receptionists we got were really friendly and even helped with the train tickets. one was delivered at the hotel and the second one had a system problem that i only found out in hue, luckly all solved

What is expect from a one or two stars hotel.

When you enter the room, there is a funny smell. Open the balcony door and on the wall fan, the smell will go off. Very bad room wifi, have to work my laptop at the entrance of my room door. Only a very small short table provided, you have to sit on the floor to work your laptop. No extra electrical powerpoint for your charger and laptop.You have to unplug the TV socket and luckily I brought a multi plug extension. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Pleasantly Surprised, Value for money!

We were pleasantly surprised when we saw the room, it was very nice inside. The hotel is down a small ally which we found using the map in our book. Breakfast is o.k, I asked for an omelet and got two very greasy fried eggs. But other than breakfast it was a great stay and the chap in the hotel was very helpful and friendly.
