Nice staffs, but honestly Terrifying hotel ever.

Very very old hotel. The location is great. Staffs are all nice and do their best to help out. Good price. But, honestly I DO NOT recommend it. I had to change the room twice. First one was door-broken. Staff said it's not broken. But as I see, it was almost broken. I was so worried about security and safety that they changed the room to another one. But in the second room, even tho was better condition, in the bath room, there were a family of cockroaches in bath tube. I was so freaked out, it was ever biggest one I've ever seen. Almost an adult fist size and a lot of smaller cockroaches. It was the most horrible night ever. I went down to ask if I can get a refund, I wanted to move to another city. They said okay and changed the room once again for 1 night. The 3rd room was a bit better condition than second room. Thankfully there were no cockroaches. So I decided to stay as I planned. But still very worried about security, safety, and cockroaches. The bed springs are broken. I couldn't sleep well coz of uncomfortable bed. Air conditioning is okay. But couldn't use hot water. Dunno why. If I have to stay in Hue again, I wouldn't stay here again.

No elevator & I was on the 6th floor. I didn't have a mini-fridge, which other rooms did have & my windows didn't close properly but the a/c was strong so there were no mosquitoes. Breakfast was nice, as was the staff.

Great place to stay

I had a balcony both nights I was there. Breakfast was nice and had variety and make fresh omelettes If you ask. Found bed to my liking hard. Room good size. Shower was good. Air Con.

コンパクトでビジネスホテル的実用的な施設で、ホテルライフ目的でなければ必要充分な設備です。スタッフの対応も的確です。観光のアドバイスは大変役立ちました。朝食は数種のフルーツ付きで大満足です。

ロケーションとコストパフォーマンスが抜群

新市街のど真ん中、通りから10mほど入ったところにあり。近くには飲食店も多く大変賑やかです。バスターミナルから90000VNDの距離。シングルルームを予約しましたが、最上階のテラスがあるツインの部屋にアサインされました。建物は古く、リフトもありません。設備も料金相応です。雨期のため湿度が高く室内がやや湿っぽく感じたのが不快で、翌日は他の新しいホテルに移動しました。スタッフは親切。ロケーションとコストパフォーマンスは抜群ですから、乾期でこの部屋なら悪くない選択かもしれません。

Attention à votre matelas !

Personnel gentil, bien situé avec pas mal de restaurants dans les environs et pas très loin de la citadelle. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et gratuit. Chambre propre et spacieuse mais le matelas est très mauvais, on sent les ressorts donc vérifiez avant de prendre la chambre. Alentours un peu agité le soir mais rien de bordélique non plus. Bon hôtel pour les 2 ou 3 nuits max pour visiter Hué et ses environs.

Près des restaurants!

Hotel bien situé, près des restaurants et à environ 10min de marche de la citadelle et de la cité impériale Si vous arrivé par train on viendra vous chercher gratuitement à la gare. Deux bémol, pas d'ascenseur et air climatisé fonctionne pas à pleine capacité.

Ok med tanke på priset

Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Bra läge. Bra frukost. Rummen var slitna, mycket var sönder och sängarna obekväma. Man fick vad man betalade. Vi bodde för ca 17$ natten (2 vuxna 3 barn).

Hue Stay

The staff were awesome. They were very friendly & helpful. Even offered to take me to the train station for free. Room was cozy and a decent size. I would definitely stay there again.
