Hotel is ok, just not for me, clean enough, cleaning staff great fun Loanne on front desk very helpful as where all the stall. This hotel is probably worth what I paid. Thanks for the stay.

KS TỆ NHẤT ĐÃ TỪNG Ở TẠI HUẾ/ THE BADDEST HOTEL

Mình đặt phòng cho ba mẹ. Sau khi ở 1 đêm thì hôm sau mình lên xem phòng. Chung chung là: phòng hôi mốc cực kỳ muốn ngẹt thở, tủ thì rớt ngăn ko sd đc, phòng thì bé tẹo chỉ để vừa 1 cái giường, trần nhà mốc đen. Sàn nhà cũ nên nhìn rất dơ, vs cũng ko tốt. Mức giá gọi là khá cao so với các ks trên đg chu văn an gần đó nhưng dịch vụ tệ hơn nhiều. Lúc mình xuống yêu cầu đổi phòng và hỏi lý do tại sao lại đẩy ba mẹ mình vô ở phòng đó thì ks trả lời do lúc nhận phòng gđ ko phản ánh gì nên ko đổi. Ba mẹ mình lớn tuổi lại ít đi du lịch- ở ks, mẹ mình bệnh nên đi khám kết hợp du lịch vì vậy sợ phản ánh sẽ ko có phòng để nghỉ ngơi nên ko nói. Ks bán phòng phải đảm bảo phòng ở dk tốt nhất hợp lý với giá tiền rồi mới đc bán chứ. Cái tâm của ng làm dv ko có. This is a baddest hotel i have been in Hue. The room is very tiny and smell like for age no one use it, the make up table was broken. I booked it for my parents and they are old, rarely to stay in hotel alone without us so they dont know that can change room, so they keep silent about the quality of that room until i came and complaint with hotel. And i got answer that because they dont ask to change so still give that room to them. Such a stupid and unprofessional answer i have heard. Hotel sales rooms and the most important duty is make sure the room is best quality with price. Higher cost but baddest quality hotel that in same level i have been in Huế

Two nights touring the area. The hotel was good and central. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't book any tours here as they charge more than the competition.

Friendly Staff with good location at a fair price

My girlfriend and I stayed at DMZ for 1 night while passing through Hue on our way to Hanoi. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were greeted with a small welcome drink. We booked our city tour and taxi to the airport through them at a reasonable price. They let us leave our luggage there the next day as we went on our city tour and our flight wasn't until 630pm. The room was small, but we were expecting that. The only issue was there were some small black flakes coming from the air con unit. Not a lot, but they were land on the bed (white sheets). Great location near everything. Breakfast ok just like all the other free breakfasts we've gotten on our travels (not great, but good enough).

Good staff

Hotel was good for the price. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (at 4pm) but they said it was due to the Tet holiday so they were short on staff. They offered to take our bags and gave us a map of places to go see while we waited. We came back that night and the room was ready and they brought our bags up. Room was small and had no window to the outside but it was clean.

Pour qui aime les moisissures

Odeur infecte dans la chambre, moisissures à foison. Oreillers d'une rare puanteur. Petit déjeuner moyen. Il y a tellement d'hôtels à côté qu'il n'est pas difficile de trouver mieux !
