Waterfront 2 bed/2 bath with direct Gulf access

  • Relax in this spacious open concept home. This newly renovated home located on a canal the leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico has a dock ready for you and your family to enjoy. The newly added man made beach is perfect for relaxing. There is a HUGE deck in the rear and a beautiful smaller deck at the entrance. The awesome new in ground pool with paver patio and a fire pit area is an excellent place toenjoy with the entire family. The finished air conditioned garage has an extra space to relax as well as a small gym area.
    This up to date home is a great place for families or friends who love waterfront living. There is something for everyone.
    You can also bring your boat and launch it from our community boat launch. Lastly remember your fishing pole to spend some time catching all the fish this canal has to offer.
    OOPS, I almost forgot to tell you that it is very common to see dolphins and manatee right at the dock!

    There is also a cool brewery within walking distance that has food trucks and live music on weekends.

A beautiful little home, right in the canal. We put in with our kayaks and it’s a short row to the gulf. We had dolphins come right past the dock! And plenty of fishing. It’s quiet and just right for a small family. Thank you.

Tranquil waterfront escape

From the moment we walked in, we could feel the serenity of the spacious layout. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and the rain showers were awesome. We were sorry to leave and would definitely stay again!

Awesome Place!

Jennifer was a phenomenal host! The place is beautiful and up to date! I would highly recommend her place to all. The location is great and we were able to keep our boat and kayaks right at the dock in the canal. By boat, it took just a few minutes to get out to the gulf! My son caught flounder right off the dock! Don’t miss out and be sure to book your stay!

Relaxing & Adventurous Family Stay

The location of the property is awesome! We brought kayaks and were able to fish from the dock, and easily reach the mangrove forest, channel, and grass flats. We saw tons of birds, dolphins, horseshoe crabs, etc.The house was very comfortable for our family of 6. We didn't have to leave for anything but groceries. The pool was wonderful on hot days. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions.

Gorgeous Rental

We really needed a place to lay our heads at night. This was the perfect fit. The beach outside in the back is perfect to lay out or sit and have your morning coffee. The kitchen has all the things you’d need if you were making your own food. Beds were comfy, kids loved the bunk bed room! I’d say the only con was showering/bathing. While the bathrooms are absolutely stunning and water pressure is amazing, the hot water only lasts for about 8-10 minutes. Hard to get a full shower (washing your hair/shaving) with enough hot water. Otherwise this property is large and perfect for vacationing with all the amenities you’d want! The host is super easy to contact and quick to respond. We will 100% rent again as we often visit the area. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

This place exceeded all expectations. Here are various answers to questions I had. Pets: fenced in, very pet friendly. Fishing: Have to get license from Tax Collector on a weekday. Could see fish and crabs right by dock. Pool: truly heated and very enjoyable. Outdoor furniture and grill in great shape and comfortable. We didn’t have kids with us but separate living room, TV and workout equipment in garage would’ve kept them busy. Community was very quiet and friendly. Overall: clean, roomy, and highly recommended. So many extra details and amenities you need to discover all the surprises yourself!
