"Check in was a slow painful process but the employee was very nice. She was just the only one working and there was a very long line. The outside could use some refurbishment but the room was clean and nice. I would stay again."

"The complimentary breakfast was much better than most hotels of this kind. The staff was also nice. Only objection was Expedia’s use of a waterfront scene in a park across the highway in the promotional photos. It was not on the property and was misleading suggesting that the hotel was on water."

"The lady who checked us in was awesome wish I could remember her name. The lady Samantha who checked us out was great. My problem is I called front desk at 11:50 p.m.when we got back to the room on Saturday the 25th.tired and hungry and our room smelt so horrible. Like backed up sewage. When I called front office I was addressed as yes sorry hold on sir. I'm a women. When I told her she said hold on we will move you! I was like ok i have been out on the heat for 11 hours I don't want to pack everything up and move. Twice I told her what room when she came back on tried to say thank you for calling and realized it was still me and said sir your 209 right and didn't let me answer put me on hold again. I think it was like 10 min for the call. Well it disconnected us. She never called back NOTHING! so we had to smell that all night long while eating and sleeping!"
