On the water in Hudiksvall

Was visiting Hexatronic in Hudiksvall, and stayed at the very nice Strandpiern Hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast, good location. We also had a group dinner at the restaurant in the hotel which was good and nicely fish-centric here on the Swedish coast.

The location of this hotel is very unique being that it sits on a pier overlooking the water. Overall, the accommodations were wonderful for our family of 3. Unlike most family rooms in the area, our room had a dedicated single bed for our child to sleep on rather than a pullout sofa bed. The only inconvenience was that walking distance to dining options beyond what is available on the premises is a little long at about 20 minutes or so depending on your walking pace. Nonetheless, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant.

Fint hotell med mysigt läge och bra restaurang.

Mycket trevligt hotell med fint läge vid vattnet. Fint och fräscht rum med sköna sängar. Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellets restaurang. Mycket god mat!
