On the water in Hudiksvall

Was visiting Hexatronic in Hudiksvall, and stayed at the very nice Strandpiern Hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast, good location. We also had a group dinner at the restaurant in the hotel which was good and nicely fish-centric here on the Swedish coast.

Strandpiren Hotell

Hotel was very nice, would definitely recommend. From check in to check out we had excellent CS even though there was a private event happening at the same time. Breakfast was full of options and tasted good, parking was free so it’s a 10/10 for me!

The location of this hotel is very unique being that it sits on a pier overlooking the water. Overall, the accommodations were wonderful for our family of 3. Unlike most family rooms in the area, our room had a dedicated single bed for our child to sleep on rather than a pullout sofa bed. The only inconvenience was that walking distance to dining options beyond what is available on the premises is a little long at about 20 minutes or so depending on your walking pace. Nonetheless, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant.

Hotel located on the bay, in an enchanting landscape. I was given an upgrade and my room was really beautiful, tastefully decorated, large and very comfortable. Convenient parking in the adjacent square, really good restaurant

Unfriendly and Disappointed!!

We got two rooms next to the elevator which has extreme noise. We requested to change the rooms, but the front desk refused. It is NOT FULL house on that day, just couple people in the hotel, why do they change our room? Not have a good experience and very disappointed.

Ganska lyhört rum, ena sängen var väldigt nedluggen, sämsta var att lampan i badrummet gick på automatiskt av censor och stängdes av med timer! Badrumsdörren hade ett runt fönster så det blev ljust i rummet när man gick på toaletten på natten. Maten i restaurangen var MAGISKT god, vällagad och supertrevlig personal.
