Welcome to Mountain View Cove
Nestled in the desirable Mountain View Shores community at the lower end of Smith Mountain Lake near the dam, Mountain View Cove offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and breathtaking scenery. Tucked away in a peaceful deep-water cove, this beautiful lakefront retreat invites you to relax, reconnect, and enjoy some of the most spectacular views on the lake.
The home's open-concept main level is designed for gathering and making memories. A comfortable living area flows seamlessly into the spacious kitchen and dining area, where panoramic lake and mountain views create the perfect backdrop for every meal. The dining table comfortably seats eight, while the well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for multiple cooks to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family feasts.
Step outside onto the expansive lakefront deck, furnished for relaxation and outdoor dining. Fire up the Weber propane grill, enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water, or unwind with a sunset cocktail as the lake glows beneath the mountains.
With four comfortable bedrooms and an additional lower-level family room featuring a large TV, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Ample parking accommodates multiple vehicles and boat trailers with ease.
The large grassy yard gently slopes toward the dock, providing easy access to the water. The cove's deep, clear water is ideal for swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Guests often enjoy watching fish swim beneath the dock in the crystal-clear water.
For even more fun on the lake, five kayaks and one stand-up paddleboard are available for guest use. Community boat ramp access is included, making it easy to launch your boat and spend the day exploring beautiful Smith Mountain Lake.
