Great place for a multi-generation visit!

This well-equipped home is located in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed the deck, the use of a kayak and also swimming and relaxing by the dock. We cooked several meals and had most everything needed for food prep. The house was in close proximity to the State Park and everywhere else we wanted to go over the weekend. It was our first visit to Smith Mountain Lake, but we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this home! We're a family of five with teens and a tween, and the space was perfect for us. The house was clean, well-stocked as described by Casago, and located in a quiet area — most nearby homes were weekend residences, so our Sunday-to-Sunday stay was peaceful and relaxing. We loved being able to rent a boat and keep it at the dock overnight, and we also took the kayaks out for a lap around the cove. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation — just what we were hoping for!

We had a great vacation with our small family. We loved the location in relation to the state park and went almost daily to let our toddler play at the beach front. We enjoyed the deck and the fire pit.

Great location on SML and close to State Park. Clean home with great games for the family. Quiet cove was nice and the kids loved the kayaks and fishing off the pier. Appreciated great boat rental recommendations.

Great Family Escape

Very comfortable family-friendly house. Well appointed house, comfortable beds, and great location. Stairs are a bit steep throughout the house is my only concern (hard for my elderly parents). Otherwise we had a great stay!

Great place

This was a wonderful house. Clean and spacious. Updates throughout and very well maintained. The treck to the lake is steep. Not a dealbreaker for our family, but something to consider if you are older. Overall a great place 😃

Living the Lake Life

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week and had a terrific time. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious; the cove was intimate and perfect for swimming; the neighbors were friendly; and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, kayaks, and paddle boat. We rented a pontoon boat from the local marina, which I highly recommend as it opens the door to exploring the expanse of the lake. Would come here again without hesitation!

Very nice!

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and quiet. Great communication with owner. Easy check in. They had books, games, and toys for kids. We enjoyed using the kayaks, basement game room, and fire pit. The kids really enjoyed fishing off the dock and seeing the deer in the yard. Would recommend.

Family Gathering --3 Generations

This property was perfect for half of our large family gathering. We had little ones in this house, so were pleased to find books and games on the shelves. Although I have rented many times via VRBO, it has never been via a management company. Communication was excellent with Casago throughout the entire process.

Lovely lake house

This is a beautiful home in a great part of Smith Mountain Lake. Everything is set up nicely, and there are plenty of games and things to enjoy for rainy days. The dock and the kayaks are fantastic. Our family had a lovely time at this property. The water pressure was a bit low at times. I'm not sure if it's a temporary or more permanent thing. I can say that the management team is very responsive and helpful. The only real criticism I would have is that the listing says it sleeps eight, but it feels like it really only fits seven. Maybe I missed a sleeper sofa or something. Otherwise, you'll have a great time at this location.

Plenty of kitchen tools- if you’re doing your own cooking. Bit of a walk uphill from the dock, in case anyone has ambulatory issues
