A lovely big bathroom and good kitchen. No outside space to speak of but we sat in the small yard one afternoon. The lounge is great but could do with another arm chair to make it more comfortable for 4 adults and a couple of folding chairs for the yard would be handy. "It was perfect, the pale coloured carpet was a bit of a pain we had to leave shoes and slippers down in the hall which was not convenient and also no clocks anywhere. Parking was easy and handy, and the situation of the property was lovely right by the river and a very short walk into Otley. Overall the property is great."

"Very comfortable for a one night stay. Everything that you would need is provided. In walking distance to Co-op Live and Etihad. Would definitely stay again. "
