"Did not like the fact that my room had a sliding glass door that opened straight to the back yard, very unsafe for a woman traveling alone. Also was under the impression a free breakfast was included with the reservation, which I was denied at the bistro. The attendee could not make change for a $20 bill and the credit card machine wasn't working. I left hungry because I'd already checked out of my single nights stay. The lady at the register at least took pity on me and gave me a free cup of coffee."

As a person who works in the healthcare field, her words of encouragement, tenacity and cleaniness is a true asset to any business and needed today times. It was unfortunate she was not there in staffing any longer but upper management, meaning owners, need to look into how customers value brands for longevity. People take jobs because they love what they do and it showed in this staffer being always happy even if she was maybe having a bad day. You may want to look into bringing her back. Other than our entire family missing her and new ones meeting her, it was still a great experience."
