"The rooms are old, the beds are uncomfortable, they do not have a telephone or Wi-Fi in the rooms, the staff is apathetic and not friendly, the restaurant only has two options, chilaquiles and eggs to taste. The woman at the entrance of the restaurant and She was rude and not at all friendly, the hacienda is beautiful but this hotel is not worth paying for, the surroundings are beautiful and there are many lodging options around."

"There's no customer service as such. I was received with the question: "do you have a reservation?" To which I replied "yes" and immediately was given the keys to the cabin. When I asked "how do you know I'm the right person? The lady said "There's only one reservation pending to check in". No id requested, no chance to ask about the area. Seemed like the lady was in a hurry to leave. "

"We had a wonderful time in the cabin. The fireplace and jacuzzi were both excellent! The location is nice - a short (20 mins) walk to the historic centre, but far enough that there's no noise from the bars. There's not many food options immediately near the hotel, but there's a great taco restaurant (Tacos del duende) and a new pizza spot Pizzeria Cosmos) a 5 mins walk away. Also Restaurante El Nuevo Amanecer for breakfast is fantastic! The hotel helped with everything (from taxis, to recommendations) and was very helpful and supportive during our stay :) Would definitely stay here again! "
