The staff, everyone included were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was very nice, in an hacienda style keeping with a great tradition and same to the hacienda, which dates back to the 16th century. This probably the best hacienda we have stayed at. The fan was very noisy in the bathroom and sometimes there was a loud screeching noise from something - either the water pipes or fans. It woke me up in the middle of the night.
