Family-friendly Absolute beachfront-villa

This beautiful beachfront-house in Ban Huay Yang is nicely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. Bedlinen and towels are in the house. If you need some help while you stay there, you can always get it from us or from
the nice staff at the location.
You find the beach-house in the small fishing-village Baan Huay Yang, no roads separate the house from the ocean. As you also can see in the slideshow above. It is spaced and includes three separates bedroom with kingsize beds on the second floor. All of them with separate bathrooms. The largest of them, the master bedroom and where you easily fit an extra bed if you need to. The living room has combined with the kitchen in an open construction plan where ​you have direct contact with the outdoor area and the ocean-beach. On the roof there an outdoor kitchen and a fantastic view, the front of the house the beach, and the backside of the house you see the mountains in Burma.
All the rooms have air-condition and fans. You find a laundry-machine, tumble-drier and in the kitchen a dishwasher.
Weekly​ cleaning is included in the rent.

At the backside of the house at the garden you find 22-meter​ large swiming-pool included with a children pool. There is also a building with a gym.
In​ front of the house,​ there is a jacuzzi. fast wireless​ internet​ and​ television. The beachfront villa is only 4 hours taxi ride from the ​airport.
We are happy to help you to prebook the taxi for you, with skillful​ drivers, good in English who drive safely in modern van cars to the house. Friendly and willing to stop anywhere, if you need so to your way to the beach house. Maybe to provide or to just have coffee or ​ice cream.
