There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."

"I had a very good surprise!! The hotel is completely refurbished, all the rooms and stairs were renovated and are very clean and comfortable!!! The decorations in the hotel also make it as very nice experience in middle of Nature. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no costs for the parking place and the breakfast is delicious!!! The only negative point is the shower, the water get hot and cold all the time, difficult to get a comfortable adjust. But I really recommend the place."

Die Duschkabine ist schimmelig, der Duschkopf verkalkt, und der Vorhang könnte eine Wäsche vertragen, usw. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, es gibt wenig Gemüse im Angebot. "Car park was down a lot of steps from hotel, every time you needed to get car out you had to ask security to come down and unlock the gate, which was a bit of a hassle but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is about 4 hotels and it is a long walk between them and dining or reception along corridors, up and down steps, one nearly needs GPS. The breakfast was very mediocre 3 star at best, pillows very uncomfortable, room itself was very nice with balcony and good bathroom with...

"A place to feel at home! The breakfast is extraordinary with a huge variety and very friendly staff. We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Parkhotel again, when we are around next time."
