"I stay in Ashland often, my daughter plays sports for the University. This place is great for a quick overnight stay with a great proximity to the University and a really great price. It’s clean. Other popular budget motels in the area are not nearly as clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no breakfast, but for the price I wouldn’t expect that. I never met the front desk clerk as I checked in after 8 pm. However; Clarissa called me and explained the late check in process and emailed me as well. The parking lot is tight, but there was room. My only complaint was that the walls are pretty thin. I could hear people awake showering extremely early in the morning and could even hear the man in the room next store snoring. Again, for the price, I was ok with it. I will definitely be back the next 4 years watching my daughter play. This was a win in my book. "

"Everything was great. Room was spacious and clean, bed comfy, grounds beautiful. We enjoyed our spa services and the pool area. Our soaking tub in the room was fantastic. The only thing that was not wonderful was the food at breakfast. The server was wonderful tho. The food was just not great. Would stay here again and recommend to friends."
