Negatives were a desk chair in the room that wouldn’t adjust, a longer than expected wait when checking in due to receptionist helping people on the phone, an in-room freezer that was iced up and as a result had a broken door."

"Room was clean except for small staining on blanket - not a huge deal. Very nice room, stayed in one of the romantics, well decorated, relaxing, fun. Staff was very nice at checkin and checkout, didnt interact with other staff. No complaints. "

"The room smelled horrible. The beds were sagging in the middle. The bedding had seen better days. I ended up leaving first thing in am to shower and get ready for my event at my daughters home. The staff, however, was wonderful!"

"Check in was at 4, I was not able to get into my room until 6:30. Front desk was very apologetic but it was a big inconvenience. We ate at the bar in the hotel, and my chicken alfredo was spoiled sour. We stay here once a year as it is perfect size for swimming area but was very disappointed this year. "
