"Complete nightmare. The holiday home was filthy on arrival: a dirty garbage bin, balcony covered in bird droppings, foul-smelling back wall, and unwashed dishes. We even had to clean up items left by previous guests. Despite this, DanCenter is charging a €30 cleaning fee, claiming we left it dirty. ..."

"We had no problem finding the house, but a problem getting in. We found the key box, but didn´t know the code. I was trying to call the number on the door for 30min., but no one picked it up.
