The only issue we experienced was with the extra bed sheets and towels that we ordered. At first, we thought we could pick them up somewhere near the house. ..."

"We had no problem finding the house, but a problem getting in. We found the key box, but didn´t know the code. I was trying to call the number on the door for 30min., but no one picked it up.
