"I had a very pleasant stay at the Blackberry Inn. The room was well appointed though a bit old. My room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and they had options! Beautiful old inn! Easy to find!"

"Needed a place to stay for one night to attend a concert at Tanglewood (about 45 minutes away from The Alander by scenic back roads). The rooms are freshly renovated and vey clean and the setting is beautiful. Didn’t have a chance to try the attached restaurant. Will definitely stay there again."

"The house was clean and cozy. The outside was beautiful. No issues using the lake. Great,quick communication from host. Lots of little things stocked in case needed. Will book on our next trip. Plenty of blankets and pillows, didnt use fireplace but it was there. AC worked so well!! Check in and out was super easy and felt almost wrong to have no hassle. Cute community"

"I always love to stay at the Litchfield Inn. They have added a swimming pool out back which is absolutely fantastic, with a lovely pool house with a terrific shower. Breakfast is always terrific, and the rooms are always comfortable."
