This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home, renovated in March 2023, sits on a beautiful private lot. Enjoy the laid-back pace of Louisiana living from the patio, or take a short drive in any number of directions to experience some of the best fishing in the South! Swamp tours, airboat rides, plantation tours & fishing guides can all be found close by. We are located 17 miles from the Civic Center, 35 miles from Cocodrie, and 45 miles from the New Orleans International Airport.

Would stay again

We were in town for the MPA in Thibodaux and stayed here during that time. It was a great location and easy to get to/from each day. Great communication with property owner. Listing is as pictured. We would stay again!

Best stay on the Bayou

Very clean and spacious property. Very comfortable beds and walk in shower was amazing. TVs in every room! Amy was very quick to respond to any request. Would definitely stay here again.

Just as described

Nice, clean property with everything you need for your stay. Owner very responsive to messages. Dog friendly with room for your dog to roam the yard. Would recommend!

Property was clean and comfortable, except for the cracks in the flooring (could see the ground under the house), floor was uneven and soft. The house has cockroachs, silverfish & ants. Wouldn't stay there until an exterminator and flooring repair was done.

Sister bday trip

My fiancee is from new Orleans. This was my sisters 1 st time there. So I tried to find somewhere out the way..Although we would've loved to have a small adult gathering. It wasn't allowed. My fiancee n I are big time cookers so we wanted to do a dinner for everyone. But had to find somewhere else to do it. Do to the rules. Other than that the stay was pleasurable. N will book if it's available next year. N was very descent. Not enough shade so very hot n sunny. We did find a small tree to hang under but the dragon flies got the best of us. Over all it was a pleasant stay.
