Located in Melreux-Hotton, La Ferme du Noyer is a spacious detached holiday home ideal for large families or groups of up to 27 guests. Just 1 km from the town center and surrounded by forest, it offers easy access to nature and local attractions. Guests can explore the stunning Grottes de Hotton, enjoy interactive exhibits at Rivéo Aquarium, or stroll through the charming streets of Durbuy, known as the smallest city in the world2.

The villa features 11 bedrooms, many with en-suite bathrooms, including rooms with bunk beds for children. The open kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, and an 8-ring ceramic stove—perfect for group meals. Two living rooms, one with a fireplace and another with billiards, offer cozy gathering spaces. Guests can unwind in the sauna, enjoy outdoor showers, and relax in the fenced garden with barbecue, play equipment, and garden furniture.

Nearby dining options include La Brasserie du Ravel for Belgian and French cuisine, Le Jacquemart for brewpub favorites, and La Carretta, a local favorite for Italian dishes. Whether you're hiking forest trails, exploring caves, or enjoying a group dinner under the stars, this villa is a perfect base for your Ardennes adventure.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

Top house for groups with kids

Nice place for families to stay. Very friendly host and quite souroundings. The house is a gorgeus 200 year old farm that has been remodelled to modern standards. Top outdoor sitting.

Le logement est bien situé. Nous étions 10 adultes et 9 enfants et nous avions beaucoup de place.L'extérieur est top pour les enfants car complètement fermé, pas d"inquiétude à les laisser jouer dans le jardin.

Det luksuriøse feriehuset i Melreux-Hotton var perfekt for vår familiereunion, Med ni romslige soverom hadde vi mer enn nok plass til vår gruppe på 27, Saunaen var en deilig detalj etter en dag med fotturer i de vakre Ardennes, Vi tilbrakte kveldene med grilling i den inngjerdede hagen, og barna elsket lekeplassen, I tillegg var det bare en kort kjøretur fra Durbuy og La Roche, noe som gjorde det superpraktisk for utforskning, Anbefaler sterkt dette stedet for store sammenkomster!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta semesterhus i Melreux, De rymliga nio sovrummen var perfekta för vår familjeåterförening, och bastun var en välkommen belöning efter våra dagliga äventyr, Platsen är fantastisk, omgiven av den vackra Ardennes, Vi njöt av vandringen längs floden Ourthe och gjorde till och med en kanottur, Trädgårdsområdet var fantastiskt för grillning på kvällen, och barnen älskade lekplatsen, Skulle definitivt rekommendera för stora grupper som vill koppla av och ha kul!

Het is een heel charmant huis dat zeer goed van alles voorzien is, bijv. 2 vaatwassers, 2 ovens, 2 koelkasten, sauna, veel kamers en badkamers. Alles was ook heel proper bij aankomst en we zijn geen onaangename verrassingen tegengekomen. Ook de tuin zag er heel leuk uit. Wij hebben er helaas niet van kunnen genieten owv het weer. We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenares. Het enige minpunt was dat we allen moeite hadden met slapen. De bedden zijn smaller dan normaal en kraken als je beweegt, net als de vloeren en deuren boven. Maar dat hoort ook wat bij de charme van het huis.

We hadden een heel prettig verblijf in Hotton. Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, de keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien en er was genoeg ruimte voor onze grote familie. De lange tafels waren ideaal, zowel binnen als buiten. Er was een nieuwe overkapping om buiten in de schaduw te kunnen zitten. Kwam heel goed van pas aangezien het een dag 35 graden was! Binnen bleef het vrij koel, ook heel fijn. Kortom, ideaal verblijf.
