It wasn’t what we hoped for. I tried twice to message the app to ask a week before, but I got no response. I I thought about canceling and I should have. I was celebrating a birthday and I was looking for something close to the center of Zacatlan so that we could easily walk there, even if a little far away. Un the information it says it is about a 7 min ride to the center. It is not. It is T least 15-20 minutes and a very rough road for most of it. We arrived late at night and we’re given a ride there from the bus station. They couldn’t accept credit card because of the time. The lobby looked like a bar and had an unpleasant odor. Also, upon arrival the internet did not work. The bed was not very comfortable. The room was a good size, though. Our first morning we went to find out about ordering breakfast fast and we could not find anyone. When we wanted to return to the hotel we called for more information and we’re thinking about requesting a ride, but we could not get through. We finally ended up getting a taxi there. The second morning we were able to order breakfast, but they were very busy, so the service was slow. Most of the breakfast was good, though. I would only recommend this if you want to gr away. There is a lovely view and some of the buildings have some character (could be made into a very nice place). However, the price was the same as what we were quoted at some hotels in the center of town and supposedly this was a discount in app.

La habitación cuesta más de lo que ofrece, hay muchas zonas en ventanas y puertas donde se filtra demasiado el aire, el baño tenia mucho olor a drenaje, las paredes son demasiado delgadas que se escuchan todos los ruidos de los demás huéspedes

Creo que al ver la fotos queda claro que es un hotel rústico, pero deberia de aclararse que son 1.5 km de terraceria en mal estado para llegar. Si no tienes una SUV con chasis en escalera o una pickup estas arriesgando tu vehiculo en el trayecto. Soy experto en manejo off-road y logre subir con una minivan. Pero no lo recomiendo y creo engañoso que no se especifique ese punto. El agua caliente OK y huelen muy fuerte los baños (tema de las trampas del drenaje)

La propiedad esta en un municipio colindante con Zacatlan, pero esta listada como si estuviese en Zacatlan. Se requieren como 2Km de Camino de terraceria para llegara la propiedad. Deberia estar listada como a 4.5 Km de Zacatlan. Toma como 20minutos para llegar en carro al centro de Zacatlan en coche. Hay dos grupos de habitaciones, unas estan dentro de la zona boutique y otras fuera, donde el camino no esta ni asfaltado. En la pagina no queda claro que hay habitaciones fuera del hotel. Las de fuera no son nada boutique, son simplemente mini-habitaciones cerca del hotel boutique y esas no valen lo que piden (2000 o mas), pues estan mas caras que las del centro de Zacatlan. Las instalaciones electricas no funcionan al 100%: unas luces si funcionan y otras no. La chimenea estaba tapada y nos llenamos de humo tratando de prenderla con lenya mojada que nos vendieron. Las cabanyas estan muy bonitas pero necesitan mantenimiento y barridas mas a fondo. El personal fue muy amable, especialmente Alan. Alan ayudo a movernos de las habitaciones estandar a las cabanyas. De no ser por Alan, no nos hubiesemos quedado.

Es un lugar muy bonito con áreas verdes y una gran decoración en las cabañas y áreas comunes. El servicio es atento, ágil y amable. Lo que nos encontramos es que las cortinas en las habitaciones que tuvimos permiten la entrada de la luz de los focos exteriores ubicados en el pasillo, lo cual dificulta el descanso. Ojala puedan corregir este detalle, considero haciendo mas altas las cortinas.

Muy agradable y alejada de todo, exactamente lo que buscaba, solo un poco descuidada en el aseo de la cabaña: humedad en las paredes, hongos y lama en la madera (baño), muebles sucios y viejos, pero nada que no se pueda superar con la privacidad y vistas hermosas y sobre todo el espacio y la chimenea.

El Hotel Boutique El Rincón está increíble, muy bonito, bien cuidado, el personal muy amable, el restaurante y la comida súper bien. El lugar está lleno de árboles frutales (manzana, pera…) la recepción del lugar es casi un museo donde las fotografías son sí o sí, las habitaciones son cómodas. El tema es para llegar al lugar, la colonia o comunidad que se cruza para llegar al hotel, las calles están horribles, llenas de hoyos y zanjas. Recomendable para llegar en vehículo tipo todo terreno o que sea alto del piso a la carrocería.

Todo estuvo muy bonito, en general las cabañas no están cerca del centro y tienen terracería para llegar, pero está muy bonita la vista y el lugar. Para mí está todo bien el lugar a pesar de ser solitario es muy seguro por que las personas de Zacatlán son muy buenas y la ciudad es segura.

ENTRADA TERRIBLE! Para llegar tienes que ir en subida 2.6Km en terracería, piedras y hundimientos de suelo apto para Jeeps o similares, NO para vehículos regulares. La recepción muy bonita, acojedora, el entorno inmejorable, atención del personal 10/10, pero la comida muy mala, fría, sin sabor. Las habitaciones huelen a mucha humedad y se escucha hasta el más mínimo ruido de las habitaciones circundantes, NO ES FÁCIL DORMIR.

El unico detalle es el ruido que hay entre habitaciones, que al final, es parte de la mala educacion y poco respeto de algunos de los huespedes hacia los demas, pero ojala pudieran hacer algo con eso, de los demas, muy buena experiencia.
