The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. They need new towels and bedding. Showers need to be cleaned and re-grouted because of mold. My room also had a horrible smell. I had to leave the patio door open when I leave because the air conditioner goes off and it would smell awful when I return.

Beautiful hotel set right next to the river. The room was adorned with lots of cool artwork, had nice wooden finishing, and lots of space. I loved how they also had fresh fruit waiting for us in our room. The staff were very hospitable and helped make the stay very enjoyable. Overall would recommend this place and would stay there again if I go back to Chiang Mai.

Hotel is in a very excellent location - walkable around almost all of the old town. If you’re there on a Sunday (and you should try to be!) the night market is very close by (so close we couldn’t be dropped right at our hotel by our airport taxi! Not a huge problem. Was a very short walk from the night market gate). Room was huge and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Other reviews had mentioned the floors could be slippery which I thought was a strange comment but they weren’t lying! If you have socks on it’s easy to slip so if you have mobility issues or travelling with elderly companions perhaps keep this in mind. (In bare feet not a problem. The floors are lovely and clean just slick!). Staff at the front desk was great. Breakfast was ok but our last morning we went down the street to a cafe as we were a bit bored. Had an amazing meal there. Chiang Ma has no shortage of great places for coffee and brunch!
