From the double layer deck or within the comfort of this newly remodeled and updated spacious home filled with high ceilings & windows, everyone has a place to unwind, relax, play, cook and eat. The multi-level home with five bedrooms, five baths, high-end kitchen overlooking the lake, living & dining room and study allow privacy as well as gathering spaces.

Sanctuary at Cedar Creek sits within a gated community with direct access to fishing and water sports from your back yard. Guests staying here within Hot Springs Village have access to 9 golf courses, tennis & pickle-ball courts within the community. Also enjoy The Village's miles of wooded trails for biking and hiking.

Golf Retreat

The location and home are great! The views are stunning and truly make the experience unforgettable. If you enjoy golf, fishing, ping pong, spending time on the water, or simply taking in beautiful scenery, this property is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Perfect getaway

Everything about the property is so nice. It is clean and all the pictures and amenities are very accurate. Everything you need in the kitchen, towels, etc. Our friends got together for a golf trip and stayed at this property for 2 consecutive years and will stay again if we come back to HSV. Our host Adel is quick to respond and very nice.

This house was real good for 8 guys on a golf trip. Location and amenities are basically as described. Kitchen appliances and tools could use some updates. Had to get creative for some items.

This place has it all. My family had a wonderful time here. Some days we'd go into town for some attraction and other days we would just enjoy this house's many entertainment amenities. Highly recommended.

Great vacation rental

This house and location has everything my family loves to do. Swimming off the dock, boating, a wonderful beach nearby, pickle ball, ping pong, movie watching at night with popcorn, roasting s'mores on the firepit. My kids had a blast!

We loved this house. It was our favorite stay ever. The house was spotless, so well stocked, fantastic location. Loved the game room, kayaks paddle boards. We golfed, hiked fished boated. We would definitely love to come back next year

We absolutely loved our stay! Our group had 8 adults and 5 kids under the age of 3 and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house was clean and well stocked. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!

Easter Getaway with Family

We had a great time at The Sanctuary! We spent Easter weekend here with adults and little ones and there was plenty to do for everyone! The property is beautiful and being on the lake is so peaceful. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony, our afternoons by the lake, and our nights by the firepit! Fun was had by all and The Sanctuary was the perfect house for our little family getaway!

Golf Trip

The property was amazing. We had a big group and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The house had so many cool areas. The kitchen had everything with pots pans seasonings etc. The host was very quick to respond and we had a great stay.

Gorgeous home in the mountains

This house has some of the best views of the lake and mountains in Hot Springs Village. Every morning we sat out on the deck enjoying the weather and beautiful backdrop. 10/10 recommend

Absolutely what was needed

We had 3 different families in this house and we all had plenty of our own space without feeling like we were in each others business all the time. Layout was perfect to entertain lake was wonderful and the smoker on back porch turned out a perfect Brisket after a 12 hour smoke. The Hot Springs Village has so much to do and whatever was needed was within grasping distance

Exactly as it seems

This house is amazing and looks exactly like the photos. We had four couples use the home for our golf vacation. There was plenty of space, so none of us felt like we were on top of each other. The rooms were very private. The kitchen had all the items needed to cook meals, etc. We were delighted with the cleanliness of the home, too. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Amazing spot for mom/daughter weekend after camp

we needed a place to celebrate the last summer of Camp Ozark - our girls have been going there since 4th grade. This was their last summer to be campers as they are all about to be seniors in high school. 5 moms and 5 daughters used this place to extend camp a bit and enjoy each other's company longer. It's amazing. Access to the water was incredible. Huge kitchen. Plenty of bed space. We had a great time and would stay here again any time.

Family gathering

We enjoyed getting 4 families together in one house. Everyone had their own bed and space to escape when needed. The weather was too wet and cool to enjoy the outdoors but we did a little fishing off the dock. The neighbors are close but we barely saw anyone else. Would definitely come back! amazing lake home

Guys golf trip, 4 master beds plus 6 bunks can sleep 10 guys in own beds. We had a group of 8 and it is a great home. Grill on deck right outside kitchen, hot tub, dock for a swim or paddle. 3 separate living spaces and tvs. Owners are excellent communicators, very responsive. 5 stars.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had an amazing extended family vacation in Hot Springs Village! This was the nicest house rental we've ever stayed in. There was ample space for 8 adults, one teenager and 4 kids. Everyone enjoyed the home music system, game room, popcorn machine, paddle boards, floats, kayaks, decks, dock and beautiful view of the lake! The whole family loved swimming/playing/hanging out in the lake right off of the dock. The kitchen was well stocked. We didn't want for anything. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Oh Dear! The Views!

Enjoyed waking up to the amazing view. Home was super spacious. Had plenty of room for our 12 guest (ranging from all ages) . We all had a blast kayaking, swimming and soaking in nature. One of my favorite things was seeing dear across the road everyday. Nice change from the Dallas traffic and heat. Any issues we had were addressed quickly. Made some great memories which made checkout bittersweet. Highly recommend for an extended family stay. Hope to return soon!

Best house we’ve ever stayed in

We brought our adult kids and partners to spend a long weekend and view the eclipse. The house was perfect. Each couple had their own room with a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked multiple meals per day. They provided kayaks, life jackets, floaters, etc. The house itself is beautiful and the lake views are spectacular. Good access to hiking trails and Hot Springs National Park, although a bit of a drive to that. It’s an hour from Little Rock airport and most shopping is outside the large village, so did require driving. They provided good info on things to do in the area. Lots of birds in the area to watch and hear. Really loved this house.

Super Family Retreat!

Great home for our annual family vacation. This year, we had 6 adults and 7 children. Everybody voted this house best for the past five years. The neighborhood is great and the people we met were very nice. We found several treasures at two estate sales and found homemade jams/jellies, etc. at the weekly neighborhood farmer's market. Whoever built this home did a fabulous job. The walls were well insulated, keeping house over flow noise to a minimum. The rooms on all three levels flow perfectly and the furnishings are second to none. The kitchen was every well equipped with all high end appliances and above average glassware, dinnerware, utensils, etc. The only thing missing was an ice machine. The decks were great as well as the fire pit area. We enjoyed using the pellet grill, a first for my husband, who now wants one. We had only a couple minor issues, i.e., empty propane bottles, but they were remedied ASAP. Enjoyed the kayaks and toys left at the dock for our use. I can recommend this house for any large gathering, you will not be disappointed.
