Whether you are on one of the 2 decks, in the sunroom, outside swimming or kayaking in the lake, this house is sure to be fun for the whole family! There are also 2 kayaks with life jackets, paddles and beach towels for you to use! The Bunk Bed in the third Bedroom is a twin bed over a full-sized bed. There is also one Queen sized and one Full sized blowup mattresses in the closet downstairs.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
