Welcome to your perfect getaway in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas! This beautifully appointed, fully furnished short-term rental is located on the scenic Ponce de Leon Golf Course, offering both comfort and convenience. This rental is move-in ready with tasteful, modern furnishings throughout. The open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with plush seating, flat-screen TV, and a cozy dining space. The fully equipped kitchen features all appliances, hard surface countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy take-out. Rest easy in one of the three well-appointed bedrooms, One King in the master, two twins in one bedroom and a king bed in the third bedroom. There are two roll a way beds available in the home. The bathrooms are updated with a full bath and shower. The furnished covered deck overlooks the 12th green.
