If you have a problem you need to make phone calls to reach the staff. So if there was a emergency you would be out of luck. ...

Brand New Cabin with Hot Tub-Walk to Bathhouse Row
"The Cuckoo's Nest"
Everything was brand new ! Sooo clean and comfortable. The location was perfect just 3 minutes to bath house row! We used the hot tub everyday! Great labeling of every light switch! The theme and pictures were a big hit!!

The Hotel Hot Springs
It was conveniently close to everything in walking distance. Weather was rainy and cold and drivers would drop us off and pick us up. All assistance was very nice and friendly and helpful.
