"Dated hotel. Uncomfortable bed. Awkward room layout with inadequate lighting and power. Sound insulation was inadequate between rooms - nothing like being woken up all night by the crying baby next door!"

Baymont by Wyndham Hot Springs On the Lake
"Upon arrival the bathtub was dripping excessively. We were told maintenance would be called and not offered to change rooms....long story short maintenance came 3 times never fixed it and basically implied I did not know how to work a faucet. The room was dirty, the doors in and out of the hotel ..."
