Home is nice and had nice back yard with hot tub. Large bathroom with whirlpool tub. Kitchen was basic no dishwasher. Home slept 6 but was tight for 6 people. Wifi was excellent. Location is right downtown Hot Springs. One large bedroom with 2 queen begs and other bedroom is open to family room. Overall was a fine rental.
