This property had everything you could need for a long weekend or a week vacation. The interior was stunning and was stocked with everything you would need. We will definitely be booking this location again.
We had a great time at this location! Everything was easy to find/labeled and clean! The kids loved having the pool to themselves! The property manager was very easy to work with and communicate with before and during our stay! Highly recommend! We hope to stay again in the future!

The Adventure House
The home was spectacular! The private pool and hot tub were wonderful but the master shower the absolute best! The beautiful location on the lake was peaceful and quiet to enjoy coffee on the patio. We had a goose greet us daily, making our visit to the Natural State complete. We all agreed we would repeat our visit with other family in the future, as the grandkids would love The Purple Cow and Diamond Crater Park!

Best Summer Vacation!!
We stayed in the Adventure House on Lake Hamilton, family of 6, and we absolutely had the best time! The pics were great but didn’t even do it justice. The house had everything we could’ve needed and much more! As a family, we had so much fun. We hardly left the house because our kids were so happy and entertained. We have teenagers and littles and we just had the best time. The home was very well stocked and decorated. The house was in a great location. If we go to Lake Hamilton again as a family, this is where we will stay!!
I am a teacher and had a student conference at the Hot Springs Convention Center the week of March 11th. There were five students, myself and another chaperone staying at this home. There was easily more space for another 5 students. The property is well maintained, clean and inviting. My students were so excited to be able to grill on the patio and fish from the dock. It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the conference and just a short drive to the convention center. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future when family comes to central Arkansas for a visit.

Good place to relax!
The house was super nice. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. Beds and bathrooms were clean with nice linens. The floors, windows, and back patio area could have been cleaner. Kitchen was set up well. Inclosed garage had a ping pong table, corn hole game and rack of life jackets. The pool was small but the kids still enjoyed it. There were a few pool noodles and floats. The hot tub was luxurious. The only thing disappointing, access to the lake was difficult. The house is directly on the lake but a wire fence blocks you from getting in the lake from the bank. There is a nice dock but no ladder or stairs into the water with sign that says it’s too shallow to jump in. That being said, the pros outweigh the cons. I would stay here again.

Spring Break on Lake Hamilton
We loved the house so much, that we hardly left it! We brought out fishing poles, tackle boxes, bait, kayak, and had the best time right on the water. Our 4 kids loved the bunks beds, it was like a sleepover camp sleeping in the same room unlike at home in their own rooms. We played so many games of ping-pong and pool, enjoyed the hot tub multiple times a day, roasted marshmallows, made smores, and cooked fish over the fire pit, and even though we couldn't utilize the pool (filter parts hadn't come in time), we still had so much fun without it. The last day we were there the professional pool guy came and cleaned it up, but it started storming that afternoon so we opted to stay out of it.
It's the little things...we LOVED that everything was labeled!!! From kitchen doors and cabinets to light switches, it just made for such a smooth transition into a home that we weren't used to. It was such a welcoming hospitable touch!
The Mid-America Science Museum was awesome, along with Sam's Pizza Pub and La Hacienda. The locals should be very happy with all this city has to offer!
10/10 recommended!!!
Thank you for making it available to families like us ❤️

Family of 3 take on Hot Springs!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Adventure House in Hot Springs, AR this past week! As soon as we pulled up and entered the house, our expectations were exceeded! Like many other reviews say, the pictures don't do it justice! Every room is beautiful and comfortable! The kitchen was incredibly stocked with EVERYTHING we needed from appliances, to serving dishes and storage containers. EVERYTHING was labeled and easily found! Toaster, Air fryer, coffee maker, blender, plenty of spices to choose from... everything we needed. We were even surprised by a fire pit in the back yard with plenty of wood stacked to the side. As three families (5 adults and 6 kids 5-9yrs old) we had plenty of room to spread out. The one critique is the second king bedroom has no closet or dresser, this was one of the only disappointments since the master had more than enough space.____Other things to note that might be helpful for others planning to stay: __-The front driveway easily fits 8 cars leaving plenty of space for kids to play if you want them to burn off steam without getting in the pool or lake.__-The lake, during our stay, was approximately 2ft deep all around the dock and even 50 feet out into the lake. We imagine there are spots where it drops off on occasion but overall it was very shallow during our stay. __-There is no ladder to enter the dock from the lake so this can be tricky. We had a lily pad float and made it work.__-Plenty of towels, beach towels and life jackets to go around. __-While we didn't need it, there was a high chair and pack and play available in the closet if needed.__-Would be helpful with the check in instructions to note that there may be some services like lawn mowing, pool cleaning, etc so we aren't surprised when we see a random person in the back yard. But of course we know that these services need to be done and can't always be scheduled in between check-ins.____Overall we were really happy with this house and all it had to offer!
If you want to pay top dollar for an ultra-luxury lake house, this is not the listing for you. The house itself is great, however, if you plan to step outside or open a door for 2 seconds, you will immediately be swarmed by bugs. Or "midge flies" as the property manager described, who obviously was aware of the situation but did not disclose the HUGE problem. When I say bugs, I'm talking hundreds of thousands. The entire concrete area looked as if it was painted black there were that many. Therefore, the pool, hot tub, or grill were not accessible. Don't even think about opening the door on the balcony upstairs, or you will be sleeping with them in the bunk bed room. Also don't forget to wear shoes in the house, as the interior floor will quickly become covered in dead bugs. When we brought the problem up to the property manager, his response was "he was aware" and simply instructed us to go to the store to buy bug spray and to not turn on the outdoor lights. We paid $5500 for a 3 night stay, which seems EXTREMELY high for the product we got. We reached back out to the property manager to voice our frustrations, and he admitted to agreeing with the magnitude of bugs. After he said that he would contact the homeowner, we never heard back. Granted, I don't know if the bugs are always this bad, but I would NEVER stay here again, especially during the hot summer months. I would gladly attach pictures if I could.
