We enjoyed our stay at Lauren and Mike’s cottage, it was such a unique house built into a mountain. Very comfortable and clean and well equipped. Communication was easy. And well located with easy access to downtown, hiking trails and lakes. I would highly recommend staying there.

Another perfect stay at the cottage

Quiet and convenient. Close to the mountain bike and hiking trails and downtown. Always my first choice when visiting Hot Springs.

Hot Springs weekend

Owner was super responsive. Interior was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice amenities. Overall a 5 star inside. Exterior could use some cleanup-lots of weeds and high grass. Patio and porch were not used but could have used a sweep with a leaf blower.

We enjoyed our stay here!

The property is in a secluded, quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and we were in close proximity to the Historic Downtown District of Hot Springs. The King Size bed was very comfortable and clean. The Jacuzzi tub and shower were nice!

Great Bungalow For Hot Springs Vacation

The house was near the Bathhouse Row and close to hiking trails. The house was equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation and close to a lot of activities. Perfect for a relaxing vacation!

Cute cottage

The cottagewas in a great location but neighborhood was a little run down. Cottage was cute and clean. The bed wassuper comfortable. The shower was odd being in the big black tub. Also the lighting outside was very dim for the dogs.

Lovely honeymoon!

We loved the feelong of being immeesed in nature at this cottage! The porches are wonderful. Lots of wildlife and greenery. We enjoyed the national park and state parks nearby. We spent a lot of time just relaxing at the cottage as well. We were happy to be there!

Getaway in the Mountains

This place is perfect if you’re going to Hot Springs area. So close to downtown yet you wouldn’t know it because the area is so quiet. Very clean and accommodating! Would love to stay here again.

Excellent Cottage

Absolutely loved this cottage. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to all the mountain bike and hiking trails and downtown. It was very easy to feel at home in this cottage. Way more room than we (2 adults and 2 small dogs) even needed.

Deer and early morning coffee

Great location, minutes away from downtown restaurants, bars etc. Private location right off of Hot Springs National Park, lots of deer roaming, good for early moring deer spotting. It was a very cozy place. Highly recommend!

We had a great time!

This house is charming and clean with lots of amenities. It’s located on beautiful wooded land within a neighborhood. We even saw a deer in the yard one evening. It is less than 5 minutes from all of the wonderful in-town activities including the thermal bathhouses and trails

Great Getaway

Pet friendly home with woodland views. Enjoyed watching the deer and other animals in their natural habitat. Home is rustic/cozy and has everything you need for a weekend getaway.

Birthday Trip

We stayed here for my husbands birthday trip and absolutely loved it! Within 20 min of arrival we could see deer out of the main bedroom, my husband absolutely adored it! The cottage was clean, and welcoming! Thank you for a wonderful space to celebrate his birthday!

We loved your property and the location in town but also in nature! The back deck off the main bedroom was heaven to sit on and have coffee or a night cap. Thank you so much for all of the little touches you leave for guests comfort, i.e. coffee pods, soaps and shampoos, etc. We will definitely book this location again when coming to Hot Springs!

STAY HERE!

What a quiet and lovely place! Even though it’s close and convenient to town, the location up on the mountain makes it peaceful. The bed in the bedroom is comfy, the bathroom is unique & beautiful, and the kitchen is well-equipped (you might even find a mug for your fave NFL team!). The outdoor seating area is covered, and the trees were filled with birds. Bonus? The basement area is so fun to explore! Communication with Lauren & Mike was fantastic - they send you so many recommendations in advance of your stay. If you’re staying in Hot Springs, stay here!!!

Cozy house, great location

This house perfectly met our needs during our short visit to Hot Springs NP. Clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and located in a lovely quiet neighborhood a couple minutes from downtown (NB: there is free parking available at the Exchange Street Parking Plaza next to Grateful Head Pizza; otherwise street parking is only free for 2 hours). The bath/shower in the main bedroom were really great! Loved having a laundry to freshen up our clothing, since we had already been on the road for a week when we arrived. Thanks for a wonderful couple of days!
