Starting march 1st till october 28th it will come with a 2010 22’ G3 pontoon boat fully serviced and ready! If you love the lake life you will love this home! This house features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,King bed,2 queen beds plus bunk beds. A separate game/bar room with a 55 in flat screen TV, music, fooseball.The backyard has views of the lake, covered deck. A short walk down below is the bar with Bluetooth sound systems, tv, darts and more with awesome views right by the lake. On the the water! Family fun park next door! liquor store, Cajun Broilers (awesome food) directly across the channel with boat parking and dominos pizza 3 doors down walk or order by boat from there boardwalk! Covered hot tub on back deck with lake views!
    Home also has big wrap around couch with 3 electric recliners and a 65” TV for all your games and awesome movies! high speed Wi-Fi internet as well. We are a pet friendly home. You must pick up after your animal inside the house and outside the house at all times during your stay if there is excessive damage, feces, urine and or hair, the maids will charge extra. We strive for a clean and perfect stay for all guests. You get it all at Cantina del ray for the price of a condo! $12 uber ride’s to the track/casino. Hurry it is booking quickly! by staying at this house, you agree that all liabilities are on you as far as drowning, slipping, falling to the ice, etc. The house is to be used at your own risk, woman or child! Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home! Overall, we had a very nice stay and truly appreciated your hospitality. The house was very clean, well-kept, and we could tell a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable.There were just a couple small things we wanted to mention as feedback for future guests. The beds were a bit uncomfortable for us, as the mattresses felt very firm. We also learned Sunday evening that the hot tub had recently developed a leak, so unfortunately we weren’t able to fully enjoy it during our stay. On the first day, it also took about two hours to get in touch, which was a little stressful at the time.Other than those minor things, we had a lovely stay and are grateful for your kindness and hospitality. Thank you again!

Thanksgiving getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Very clean and the owner was quick to answer any questions. Great location. Kids loved the hot tub and the hammock. We already are planning a trip for the summer.

Great getaway

No problems with anything- definitely recommend and I feel sure being on the lake is a blast in the summer - maybe we’ll get to come again sometime during that season - enjoyed the water view just as well this time!

Absolutely best spring break in years and didn’t cost an arm and leg

If you’re looking for peace and quiet and not having to be at the top of a mountain or secluded area. This is the place even tho it’s close to all you or your family could need it’s very peaceful. The owner Ray did an amazing job in having all the things at his property that most of us forget will need. Check in was a breeze and let’s not forget the fact his 22 ft pontoon boat is icing on the already great vacation which runs like a champ and just as much set up with all you need to cruise down the lake or even get some fishing in. Even if you’re not an expert boat person this small yacht is easy to handle. We will most certainly be back.

Hidden Gem

Great little rental. The house is older but has some nice updates and was very clean.The boat it came with was fantastic for some fun on the lake. We enjoyed tubing, cruising and stopping for lakeside dinners. ( we brought a tube, ropes, and child life vest) The boat has all the basics that are required. It is an older boat, but worked great and such a cost savings versus a rental from the marinas. It is a bit of an arduous walk down/up the hill from the house to the dock, so be sure you have everything you need. It wouldn't be suited for someone with mobility issues. I walked down to the bar then through it to use the stairs.

Beautiful Sunsets on the Lake!

As soon as we pull into the cute little house, we feel intense relaxation! As soon as we walk in, the aroma of lake water and rose buds feel the room! The house has surround sound for amazing movies (get the popcorn) This is a great place for get togethers or a small family party! Has a great Hot Tub, propane/fireplace. The pool house has a great bar, pool table, music and tv!! By the far the best of the best is the PONTOON boat that comes with the house!!!!! You cannot miss this deal of a lifetime! Beautiful sunsets, beautiful views, and so much more!!! Clean, safe, and beautiful!!! Thanks for letting us stay! The owner is the best host I’ve ever had to deal with!!

Perfect lake weekend

Stayed 3 nights at the end of May 2024. Location is right on the water. House is very large, clean, and had everything we needed for our family of four. We loved the outdoor bar, hot tub, comfy couch, nice beds, etc. Obviously the inclusion of the pontoon boot was the highlight of the house. We took the boat out every day, and had a wonderful time. The 115hp motor had plenty of power to pull me on our personal tube, and the boat was an excellent value compared to renting separately. The dock provided quick boat access, and the kids caught a bunch of bream from it. This area of the lake was secluded, but provided quick access to the main portion of the lake. Numerous boat accessible restaurants are available, and several marinas are close. The boat had a fish finder, but no trolling motor. Hamilton is an excellent lake to fish, but wasn’t our focus this trip. The owner was very good at communicating updates about the house, and was very reasonable regarding an issue that arose. Don’t forget your k-cups and toiletries. We look forward to coming back!

Memorial Day weekend

House was over all nice but. Hot tub didn’t work. Washer and dryer didn’t work. Was told last minute on the way that the boat needed a 500$ refundable deposit. The boat was wore down and the seats were coming apart. A huge wave hit us and messed the light up, so unfortunately we won’t be getting the deposit back.. but that’s a whole other story. the house is very big on the inside and very nice. It smelled like marijuana and smoke though. BAD. Our kids even asked us several times what was that smell and why it smelled that way. I definetely think this is more of a party house verses a family friendly house! Water pressure is awful in the showers and bath tubs. Pics on the Vrbo site need to be updated. The boat picture isn’t accurate, it’s very worn down now compared to the picture posted. Also, it shows a working hot tub when it in fact does not work and we weren’t told until we got there. Our family still made the best of it and had a great weekend. Very nice house just needs some changing and I don’t recommend for family’s with small children or family oriented people.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There was no pool which we were notified of a few months before the stay. The boat worked great. We were unable to use the grills and did not feel comfortable swimming at the dock. The ‘boathouse’ is amazing! Be prepared for a steep climb. It was a great place to spend time. The house location was convenient and the neighborhood felt very safe. The beds were comfortable and the couch was great for relaxing.

This is our second year to visit this property. We find it being at this end of the lake being very convenient and the traffic on the lake is really good and easy. I take my grandkids out of the lake for a week each year for the last seven years and when I found this house, it has a boat. It makes a real convenient to be able to go out of lake come back rest have lunch and get back on the lake. That makes a very special vacation. We just had a perfect week here.Ronnie

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. The boat is a huge top amenity. The hosts are very nice and quick to respond which is so important and appreciated. Definitely eat at fishermans wharf and visit falls creek falls. Overall an amazing place for a great relaxing fun time. Thank you.
