Lakefront 2B/2B Minutes from downtown!

It's a 10 minute drive to Oaklawn Race Track and Casino; 10 minutes to Magic Springs Theme and Water Park; 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Hot Springs; 8 minutes to Mid-America Museum; and 15 minutes to Garvin Woodland Gardens! There is also a public park called called "Hill Wheatley" which is a 7 minute drive away which boasts a small sand beach ideal for swimming and children.This is also a great place to launch your boat. Elegant furniture with modern touches make the living room a great place to stretch out and relax. Free WiFi. A covered deck is furnished with a table and chairs for taking in the views with coffee or cocktails. A modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. We have tried to finish it with everything you might reasonably need to enjoy your stay. Dining table with seating for four. The master suite hosts a king bed and adjoining bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is fully furnished with a king bed. The property comes stocked with all the basic essentials you will need to enjoy your stay. We have tried to include everything we like when we are on vacation. Family friendly. Located in Hamilton Harbors, the complex comes with a swimming pool (open Memorial Day through October 1) and tennis court. Washer and Dryer included with laundry detergent on hand. We purchased this condo in late September 2022 to use for our family and rent out most of the time when we are not using it.
We have one boat slip available for an additional fee. First come first serve basis.

Making memories

This was a perfect getaway for two couples. We each had our own bedroom with a private bath. A plus was having a covered carport, considering we had motorcycles. Easy access to downtown Hot Springs and surroundings. The view from the balcony is undescribable. We will definitely be going back.

Lovely property as expected

The view is fabulous.! Can't say enough good things about this property, clean, spacious for the 2 couples that stayed here, comfortable beds. Things to remember to bring, hair dryer, and personal shampoo/conditioner, and soap/body wash. Otherwise good adequate linens, and kitchen ware. Would definitely stay here again.
