The house was very clean and well furnished, with ample space for relaxation at the house and just a short drive from numerous attractions around the Hot Springs area. It was a fantastic house for a family with plenty of room for people to spread out, both inside and out. Our kids wanted to promise that we'd come back to this house in the future!

Really enjoyed this stay. The house was well appointed, plenty of cozy spaces to relax, close to all the amenities, restaurants, and fun things to do within the national park. Beds were very comfortable. Nice views of the lake in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a girls trip with 5 women. Everyone loved the house. It was clean, and decorated so cute. It had everything we needed. It was right on the water. Nice view. Short drive to Oaklawn and bath houses and all the cute shops. Will definitely stay there again!

Birthday weekend Getaway

We stayed here for the weekend and the home was nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the lake was relaxing. The house has a real homey comfortable feel to it which made us feel like we were home. The beds were really comfortable. It was perfect for the 6 of us and we would definitely stsy here again !!!

Great family getaway spot!

Went there for Thanksgiving with a total of 7. Plenty of room for everyone. Water is seasonal so cove is dry in the winter. Lots of games, firepit great views from the deck. I will rent again for a summer trip.

House is very clean and has everything you would need. Decorated very nice and beds are very comfortable. Deck in the back yard was relaxing. Neighborhood could use a facelift especially the place across the cove from the back yard. Overall we would stay here again and recommend this house.

On the lake cove

This property had everything we needed for the two nights we stayed. It’s in the end of the lake cove and on a dead end street. We enjoyed that part. It’s a little older house but worked well and had lots of seating.

Hot Springs house on the canal

The house is in a good location. Close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Beds are comfy, plenty of space for 4 people. Nice being right on the canal. The hosts were very nice, we only had to call them one time for something that was our fault. But, the house really needs a good cleaning. The dust and dirt under things is really bad. Kitchen cabinets were really dirty. The house next door was empty and pretty dumpy. All in all we had a pretty good time.

Beautifully furnished home on quiet street

Stayed here April 2025. One of maybe 6 homes on a quiet dead end street with lake access in the back (dock). 15 minutes from Bathhouse Row downtown. 5 minutes from grocery and Walmart. Wonderfully furnished with lots of charm and carefully selected pieces. Could not get over the nick nacks and little details. Fully furnished kitchen with pots/colander/measuring cups/utensils. Microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, full oven, washer/dryer. Left us nice snacks and coffee. Game room. Excellent Wifi. Nice yard.Three bedrooms each with double bed. Fold out double bed sofa in the sunroom. So sleeps 4 couples sleeping in 4 beds. Two full baths.

Lovely home but not a "lake house"

Overall the house was clean, comfortable and spacious but I do not feel like the outdoor area was accurately portrayed. The "dock" was basically cesspool, littered with trash. There is no way you could fish off of it. It really was not a nice view, as it had large private fence portions to block the junkyard across the canal. The back bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and the master bathroom situation was very small. I felt you had to do alot of cleanup to "leave it as you found it" with a high cleaning fee. We enjoyed the games and the living spaces, kitchen was well equipped. The location was close to Springs and grocery stores nearby.

Cute but needs some help.

Cute house and nice decor. Host was very nice and brought extra towels when requested, even though, we booked for 8 people. They had a game room that the kids loved. The canal was very dirty and not suitable for swimming. No extra trash bags were provided. We paid for cleaning services, but were required to wash and put away all dishes, strip all beds, and start laundry. There’s no door on the master bathroom and the lights over the mirror did not work. The bed in the back bedroom was very uncomfortable. I listed some of the problems to help the owners improve on a cute place. Location was good, too.

Perfect for us!

Some family members stayed in this home for my mother’s 85th birthday gathering. It was super clean and super cute! Easy access with clear instructions. Great value and for us the location was perfect as it was only about a half a mile from my mother‘s home! The bedrooms were clean and the bathroom situation was fine. The room was a little cold as it was the converted garage, but we didn’t really use it. The driveway was a little steep and the road a little narrow, but not a biggie. Too bad the lake was drained and looked gross… And the neighbors across the lake I have a junkyard You have to look at. The walls in the backyard helped block it a little bit. Some of the lightbulbs on the back deck were shattered, but we did just come through subzero weather, so I’m sure that was why. we would definitely use this little house again though!

The house was very nice and so comfortable! I loved that there are vanities in every bedroom! For me, that really frees up the bathroom. The lighting in the house is very nice and so peaceful feeling. Comfortable beds and linens. This house is Perfect for down time in the evening after a full day exploring all the nearby attractions and so many restaurants.
