Lake Front and just minutes from the track

  • Wonderful lake front condo on Lake Hamilton. 2 bedroom (King & Queen), 2 full baths, with 2 twin beds in the bonus room and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Huge waterfront deck. Boat can be launched at the marina (half mile on the same street) and tied to the boardwalk in front of the condo for temporary use. Swim dock with ladder is directly in front of the condo. Nice quite location. There are 17 steps to the top floor condo, 1 designated parking spot (A), with additional guest parking next to the road or other non-lettered spaces. There is no on-street boat trailer parking. The drive way is rather steep, so individuals with limited mobility may have some difficulty with the parking lot and stairs.

    *please note: due to misuse, the gas grill is not maintained. However, feel to bring a portable grill or propane/utensils/cleaning tool for the gas grill.
