This condo is perfect for family/friends that would love be stay under on roof. It has 4-bedroom, 3 -bathroom, sleeps max 14, this vacation rental condo will serve as the perfect home base to experience it all! Enjoy lakeside sunsets from the covered balconies or rent a boat to cruise along Lake Hamilton. After each day, look forward to the amenities waiting for you back at the condo like the cozy fireplace, jetted bathtub, chilling on the balcony, playing games or just hanging out.

. | Bedroom 3: Queen bed w/ twin daybed with twin trundle (no closet but lake view window- exterior door ) | UPSTAIRS/ Bedroom 4: KING bed w/ balcony, desk, sofa, mini fridge, microwave & huge jet tub/shower.

INDOOR LIVING: Air conditioning/heating, bathtub, ceiling fans, fireplace, Smart TV, alexa echo, youtube tv, games

OUTDOOR LIVING: patio furniture, covered balconies overlooking water, community boardwalk, tie boat up on boardwalk.

We had three couples and 4 daughters stay here for a volleyball tournament. It was perfect. The kids stayed upstairs and had a blast. I couldn’t recommend this condo any higher.

We loved the location and had plenty of space for our group of 13. 4 adults and 9 kids fit easily. A couple suggestions would be more plastic plates, bowls, and cups for the kids to use. Also, a child lock on the balcony doors in the upstairs room would help ease parental anxiety. Those are small “nice to have” improvements. Overall, we would absolutely stay again. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Great Girlz Weekend

The property was very clean and neat and contained all the extras that we needed. The property was very roomy. We didn't have any problem with sleeping arrangements and there were 13 of us! The only issue was a slow drain in the shower and sink in the master bathroom. Everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. This is a second story condo, so if you have problems climbing stairs, you might want to look for something else. Sincerely, Another satisfied customer

Not quite as pictured

The setting was beautiful. The bed pictured in the photo online was not the bed in the room. The doors were off the closets upstairs and in the master bedroom downstairs. There were no shelves in the refrigerator door. We were sent an email on the day of arrival that the dishwasher was broken . There were no curtains upstairs ( I bought curtains to have a little privacy near the bed where I slept. There was great space in the condo. We enjoyed the balcony. The place was centrally located. Overall we had a good stay.
