The LOFT on Ouachita Avenue is a Cool Place to Experience Hot Springs! Located just 2 Blocks from the Central Business District, you can't get much closer... Walk to breakfast at the Best Café, grab lunch at SQZBX Brewery & Pizza Joint, enjoy dinner at Colorado Grill, end your evening with a night cap at Splash Wine Bar and then walk the 1/2 block back to settle back in at The LOFT! If you want to be close to it all... this is where you want to spend your nights in Hot Springs!
The LOFT features 12' Ceilings, Hardwood Floors and Tons of Character! The Kitchen is Original with its St. Charles Metal Cabinetry and Funky Blue Formica Countertops. The Swanky Living Area overlooks Ouachita Avenue! It features a Leather Sofa, 2 Arm Chairs and a 55" 4K Amazon Fire Smart TV.
There is also a Desk set up for guests needing Remote Work Space!
Both Bedrooms are Spacious and equipped with King Size Beds, Quality Linens, Bedside Tables with Reading Lamps, 43" 4K Amazon Fire Smart TV's and EnSuite Bathrooms with Tile Showers.
The LOFT is Bright and Funky and Fun!
As you come through the Entrance, you will walk up 1 flight of Stairs to the Sunroom which overlooks the Courtyard. It is the Perfect Place to Enjoy Complimentary Coffee in the Mornings and Plan Your Day! More Pics will be added of the Courtyard Space. Currently we have String Lights being hung and we are adding Outdoor Furniture.

Friends weekend was a huge success, thanks to this adorable property. It was clean, well decorated, very well stocked, and in a perfect location for walking around downtown Hot Springs.
I would highly recommend this property for 2-4 adults, with space for 2 kids as well. I brought my dog and he was very happy too. Property owners were highly responsive as well!
We had a nice stay over Easter weekend. The loft was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids. We walked to many nearby restaurants, including Best Cafe, Colorado Grill, SQZBX, and Cafe Kahlo. We also walked to Bathhouse Row and all the way down to The Arlington. Our only complaint about the loft itself is the fan and the AC in the front room are noisy. Although the loft is off the main strip, the front room does get a lot of road noise at night (sirens, motorcycles, etc). The back room is very quiet though! Private parking for our vehicle off the street was perfect. Would recommend to others and would stay again!
This was our first time to visit Hot Springs, Arkansas. This was the best location for an easy walk to bathhouse row and central avenue. It was the perfect size for two couples. King beds were comfy as well. We enjoyed the complimentary items (coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) as well.
Away from the noise of traffic downtown yet within walking distance of the best food and drink spots Hot Springs has to offer. Will book again in the future.
