Kick back and relax in this newly decorated calm, stylish space! We are located just on the out-skirts of town, in a quiet lakeside community, perfect for a nice evening walk or jog. We are less than 20 minutes from Oaklawn, and are about 15 minutes from Garvan Woodland Gardens. Owned and operated by DMT Properties LLC, this adorable two-bedroom condo is perfect for your weekend getaway to the Spa City.

Property was so cozy and comfortable, very cute, quiet, and quaint. Definitely wish we knew of this property a long time ago before getting hotels in Hot Springs on previous trips. Most definitely book this for your next getaway!

The location and neighborhood is very nice! The place is lovely and the beds are awesome! We had one issue but it was resolved quickly. We appreciate the new and updated apartment.

Sweet property, great for 2 couples

Clean, well appointed place. Quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to. We were comfortable and had everything we needed including dishes, towels, blankets, coffee and half and half! Easy communication with hosts.

Relatives visiting

Perfect for people with minor mobility problems . There was only one low step up from the parking area and parking was less than 40 feet from the entrance. This was important to us because we are advanced seniors who have trouble with steps and with walking long distances. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Wonderful little condo!!

This condo was extremely well cleaned and decorated so well! We loved our stay here! The neighborhood is extremely safe and so quiet. We loved the area! Our only 2 issues were we weren't allowed to check in until 2 hrs past the time of check in due to not having been given the code to the front door. After driving all day, we were ready to just relax. (They were very apologetic for the oversight) Our second issue was that with the weather being so nice, we would have loved to enjoy the patio but the furniture was definitely not guest ready. It is such a cute little patio with such potential. Other then those 2 things this condo is perfect! Even with the 2 issues, we would stay again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone. We stayed for 4 nights and would have loved to have stayed longer. A great little place!

Wonderful Residence During Engagement Party

We chose the property based on the king beds. For adults, the choice to have large beds and pleasant accommodations was appreciated. We’d certainly consider staying here again. In addition, the owner was very helpful and always available to assist.
